-- Meeting Recap for 8/29/2017 --


Recap:

- The clan citadel has finally increased its resident-count by one, with the addition of our newest Avatar Marcus. The new avatar is allowed to visit any world, as opposed to Julius being refined to world 60 only.

- With the second clan avatar being attained, this opens up discussion of the next major citadel goal, which likely will be upgrading to Tier 6. Upon discussion with Dalton, we will determine whether that is our next step and if it is, we are likely to implement a clan-capping raffle once again.

- The clan recruitment raffle was also discussed once more, with 5 total entries given out in the first week, we now sit at 186 clan members, with our end goal of 200. We were 4 entries short of the 190 member-goal we had set for this meeting last week.

- xXMysteryXx brought forth the issue of the event times all being somewhat oriented toward Americans and EST-timezone in specific, so we are trying to think of ways to accommodate this and allow for more events to be held at different times throughout the day which would allow for recruitment of more members from different timezones.

Barbarian Assault Recap

Amazing event with great fun for clan members that attended! We managed to complete all 1-10 normal waves, took a break, then formed another team to complete waves 1-9 on hard mode. This equals to about 700k bonus XP! Always happy to teach new people that would like to learn how to play Barbarian Assault. I encourage anyone to try this team-based minigame.

Impromptu Barbarian Assault HM Recap

Very successful night with some of TRE's Barbarian Assault Hard Mode players! For the first time as a team, we completed hard waves 1 - 10, including defeating the Penance King. Thank you to everyone for the waves, and outstanding job on your displays of teamwork and accurate communication. I look forward to more BA HM runs in the future.

Recap:

- The newest upgrade goal for the clan citadel will be to upgrade to Tier 6. This is exciting as the clan citadel has never gotten to Tier 6 before (to my knowledge) and we are already 7% of the way there. A lot of resources are needed of every type and so it is crucial that people are capping and we have AT LEAST 25 visits a week, otherwise the extra resources we gather will not go toward the upgrade. This will not be a fast upgrade, it will take upwards of 1 to 2 months, but the process has begun.

- As per usual with a new citadel upgrade goal, we will be implementing a clan capping raffle again, though not immediately. The tentative plan is to implement it once the current recruiting raffle has concluded. Sashami suggested that one of the prizes for capping could potentially be a bond, essentially rewarding membership for capping. Additionally, if someone won a bond and didn't need it, they could always easily sell it for GP.

- The monthly donation week was brought back as we had gotten away from it recently, with all donations going straight into TRE bank to be used for raffles, event prizes, giveaways, etc. Feel free to donate to myself, Pax Bellum or SuaveyMojo as you please.

- Lastly, with the upcoming double XP weekend, ideas were discussed on what types of events or activities we could do. One potential idea was to give clan members denarius for every 99 they achieve during double XP weekend and this was then expanded to a competition for GP for whoever gains the most XP or 99's throughout the weekend.
