Stop admins changing collors

I did not know that. I know that when I was an admin, I could change the clan colors and logo, which I thought was a lot of power and something I was scared of--but I didn't know that owners *couldn't* change that.
I'll have to be more mindful when promoting folks to avatar wardens, to let them know that while these tools are accessible to them, that they're not in a position to independently change something and not change it back.
