We were looking at that solution but the end result of the development was the current implementation.

I understand, but is it still planned to happen in the future, or is it scrapped? I would really love to know.

This was the simplest and quickest solution. Doing anything further means we have to begin messing with other systems. Rather not do that until we are in a position to properly rework said systems.

Thanks for the answer. I would start polling Ninja fixes (as a whole, not just Clan ones) in order to know what to work on first. That would eliminate bias.

Polling doesn't eliminate bias, it just subjects everyone to tyranny of the majority, which is often counter-productive if the majority aren't educated on the subject in question (e.g. Jagex's internal prioritisation systems).

Analogic Orts. Received a good update last week, turning them into currency, instead of items, but
we still have to endure the tedious process of picking them off the floor.
My question: Is this going to be the case forever, or will they be collected automatically?
Because I'm 100% certain Mod Matthe told us they will no longer be pick-able, here:

We have a task currently being/about to be worked on around Orts to improve how this works for them. I believe they will be a currency/in your money pouch instead.
No more collecting them from the floor
or working about your inv.
Because that wouldve fixed them completely and Jagex likes to leave things unfinished?
In all seriousness i dont really see the need until the entire avatars get reworked, i think theres some reluctance to do this because of a lack of acceptance of how badly designed they are coupled with the lack of development time.

I really don't see what all the fuss is about, resources would be better spent on the more important clan improvements.
Surely clicking can't be that hard and Kelpie has already obtained our suggestions, polling is not accurate.
And really? Tired of seeing your whinging Scret. Instead of criticism why don't you help them help us instead?
Surely you would've known ages ago that resources change constantly and smaller projects will be put on hold or stopped as all hands on deck go towards a bigger project. I work in a corporate software company myself and this is usual business practice.
They aren't in a position to action upon your request.

Warlock is spot on and Runelabs has provided some examples of this. The failure to get a Clan update into the mix of Runelabs polling at any point is at least partly because of this effect.

Dont think you actually read what i wrote.
And you maybe tired of my winging but im not wrong in what i say, you want me to sit here and pretend like Jagex are doing things right like a large majority of the suck ups that sniff around the mods 24/7 telling them what a wonderful job they are doing or do you want my honest opinions?
