You could maybe add something about the social network log in. If someone knows your Facebook account log-in and password. If that same Facebook account is set to your RS account, if they clicked 'log in with Facebook' while on your Facebook, that could allow them access without them ever needing your RS details. I think so anyway. :)
It might be worth adding or mentioning somewhere, just a reminder to keep a secure Facebook account along with your RS account, if you link them together. :) Thanks! :D

Skyangel 237 I would never link my RS account with FB but I believe if you have JAG this could stop what you described happening as long as the account was being accessed from another machine. However now they have removed the last known IP address from the log in ...............

Players getting ddos'd and Jagex getting ddos'd are two separate issues I think. The last known IP address showed the IP your account just logged in from. So if I played RS at the office and then went home and logged in it would show my office's IP.

Jagex getting DDos'd is a bit more complicated. Especially since they can't hide their servers IP addresses. Just pull up a command prompt and type in the following:

nslookup runescape.com 8.8.8.8

Viola. You have the IP addresses associated with runescape.com. Nothing you can do to hide that. However if players want to stop getting ddos'd, you can very simply stop going on Skype and other network services with other people, and/or start streaming after you log completely into the game and not the lobby.
