, I'm not sure to be honest, but I don't think it would hurt to have more qualified folks on the team in anticipation of the summer months.
If you want to be noticed, my best advice would to help out around the forums with account or tech help. That can mean either posting in the community-led help forums or replying to threads across the forums (eg on misplaced threads and on threads where the OP doesn't realize there might be something amiss until you suggest they change their password and such.)
This is purely my observation and based on what I saw of the new CH's on the forums, before they were invited.
**HOWEVER** I would be very careful that your information is accurate and can be substantiated by either the official rules, or articles in the support center, and to have a helpful attitude as opposed to a judgmental one. There are quite a few wannabes who are very nasty or are misleading, usually both, and none of them have become CH's
I also feel like there was a sign-up in the pmod forums or something, based on a few things, including the tweets and actions of one person on Twitter lol
My last exam of uni finished on thursday. After at least 2 months no lifing studies I can finally get properly back into Runescape. feels weird to have time again.

Thanks for the reply. I do help on the Dutch forums a lot, with all isueus players post there + summarizing updates in dutch. Also often post here + HLF alreay but that is all I do on the forums.
I choose not to help on english forums that much cause I don't know that much of tech problems and it is harder to write correctly or understand a non native language
I rather see an apply option for it, will wait and see I guess

From the
info thread
: ""To ensure our helpers are providing the best possible service, they're issued with a set of guidelines and are regularly provided feedback by Jagex. Community Helpers are selected on an invitation basis only and players can't yet apply to join the scheme.""
As with forum moderators, anyone seen to be trying too hard to become one is very unlikely to be getting an invitation.
Be yourself. If you're the sort of person they're looking for, they'll let you know.

Arch is not Archie. If he was Archie then he might be a Jmod by now, BUT HE ISN'T ARCHIE! He is simply Arch, so he is only a Fmod. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
