Citadel glitched:/

Hello, i am posted here as suggested by a mod friend. our clan "Empire Rising" has tier 7 and has had for quite awhile now, we were making the dragon habitat upgrade for the citadel and it was done, but upon our weekly reset which was today at 17:45 game time, the upgrade for the dragon dissapeered, and our citadel and all our plots went down to tier 6, for no reason. we have had to set the tier 7 upgrade all over again. we keep track every week of who cap and how many do, we had over 60 visitors last week, there is no reason why we should have lost so much. our trophy vex still displays the tier 7 sparkles despite everything being tier 6. i am told this is not normal. we reported it in game as a bug but i am bringing it up here too, hopefully this can be fixed because we worked very hard on tier 7 and the dragon, its quite time consuming getting both of those and our clan is very disappointed:/ please look into this as soon as possible.
Anyone have any advice to offer this clan? I'm not sure what could've happened

Possibly could have been someone mistakenly, or purposely, did a tick reset whilst not enough resources were gained, throwing the clan into dilapidation, then when the actual tick occured it dropped down a tier?
I'm not sure though, sorry.

Adding to what Broken said, it's also possible someone may have put in a build order to drop the citadel down to Tier 6, and did so without anyone else noticing.

Myself and a few members of our closed community have been working on a community fansite for a while, and our launch week is this week. Would it be okay if I made a thread on CLF with a link to the website, so we can gather some pre-release feedback? I'm specifically asking about it for CLF because clans will be a significant part of this website, and CLF allows external links to be posted.

Yes you can provide an external link providing it is not being used to name and shame.

Quite the opposite really! The site is going to be giving credit for people who have helped the community (for example, Blasty's Clan Logger) and also showcasing RuneScape artwork (and saying who made it). For community-made news articles, we're going to have a process for vetting them to ensure there's nothing in them that breaks the rules.
