mej and spengo i have a couple questions for you. If he is questioning your decision and the decision of the vote that occurred does he really respect the rules your clan has laid down? Does he respect the admin team? Also does he respect you in your position in the clan? If you say no to any of these does he deserve the overseer rank that he has? Does he deserve to be the leader in a clan he doesnt respect? As leader what influence does he have on your clan? Also if you decide to demote him for his disrespect then what effects will it have on your clan and is it worth the risk? This said I feel i would give him one more chance for it to be explained to him. if he cannot accept it then i would demote him.

This is the last week for BOL guys.
Thoughts on how the landscape will look after the battle? Jagex has already told us that the crater will remain in one way shape or form, but what about the camps and other stuff?

Personally I'd like to see a couple ruins left in the swamp from the zammy camp, but I doubt much will be left of Saradomin's camp considering he setup in a populatedish area.

when we promoted him, he was actually good...it's just recently when his yes man got targeted for demotion did he start acting this way. he's been targeted with demotion for inactivity. the guy we recently demoted hasnt been on RS since march save maybe twice in june. then prior to that, he vanished from september to new years.

He is in the clan council and has as much power as i do as a deputy owner. the council makes all the decisions in the end as to what happens in every corner of the clan with the help of the admins. deputies and overseers are equal, until someone breaks the rules. if we demoted him, it would be b/c he broke a rule, not from disrespect; however, drama would last about a week, and then we move on after hiring a new overseer. it's worth the risk if we had to. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?

even if he doesnt accept it, like i said above, i cannot just demote him even though i'm a deputy owner. that's not how we do things, nor will it be how we do things. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
