Tl;Dr/Most Important Part: My BIGGEST problems, everything else aside, the two things I have the biggest problem with and would be happy if just those two were fixed... Deputies 'There are only 2 things deputies have control over in this clan. Promoting new deputies, and demoting deputies/overseers.'

That means we (Admin Team) have absolutely no say in who truly runs the clan, as shown both times I tried to ask for a vote and was 'overruled'.

does that make sense to any of you? the clan council is made up of the deputies and overseers who are equal in day-to-day operations of the clan. the admins assist the council, they dont run the clan, they assist the ones that do run it.

to vote, we need 2/3 of the admins to vote, and we need 2/3 of the voters to pass it.
admins+ can rank admins and lower
organizers+ can pick a new organizer if that spot opens
Overseer+ can pick new overseers
Deputy (plus poppy's blessing) can rank deputies.


to demote...2/3 voters must be present with a 2/3 vote of the voters.
admins+ can demote lower ranks
organizers+ can demote admins
overseers+ can demote organizers
Deputies can demote overs and deputies; however to demote a deputy, unanimous vote of the deputies + poppy's approval.

basically, the people who do lead the clan, do get to pick who leads it.

Second problem is the Spam rule. That needs to be cleared up. Quote from it is: 1.3 - No Spamming (25 points):
- Minor spam would fall under this category. Things like trying to get someone’s attention and flooding the chat. Other things like “@@@@@@@@” or multiple lines with the same text would fall under Jagex’s disruptive behavior rule.

the rule that was broken was not spam, it was our off-topic facebook rule.

the pictures in question were shares about something the former overseer got for his girlfriend. our page is not a personal timeline, and sharing 5 pics within 10 seconds of each other, last i checked, is not 24hrs apart.


tl;dr - i dont think he got my message. ps - i cant demote him until a rule i broken enough times to warrant a demotion....sooo ya.
