We have set up a list of 4 things to do - note 1 and 2 are linked as are 3 and 4:

1 The Collaborative player survey on clans and community - Collaborative Clans Survey - will be available as a draft within the next 2 or 3 days using google forms;

2 The clan leader survey will be more filled for everyone to review / comment / add questions by next weekend;

3 Update JMod Feedback post in CLF and look into better ways to manage a listing of updates we would like - looking at using some agile business analyst techniques here to more clearly articulate the features clan leaders want;

4 Clan leader meetings with J-Mods being revived - not yet started but this will be looking at all communication methods so the final method may be something different.

2 The clan leader survey is still open for more questions at this stage;

3 Update JMod Feedback post in CLF - Calm Enigma will update this if something needs adding, which is being checked. Developing a method for using some agile business analyst techniques here (UX design) to more clearly articulate the features clan leaders want - good progress;

4 Clan leader meetings with J-Mods being revived - not yet started but this will be looking at all communication methods so the final method may be something different.
