Hmmm.... I don't mind if upkeep was removed. I don't feel a clan should lose what they have worked hard for just because they have had 2 off weeks and couldn't make upkeep.

I like the idea Lissa proposes with the visitors - for a dead clan if they can't get visitors then the citadel should decrease, it isnt hard to get 10-15 just to visit.

However! - if upkeep is removed what I want in its place is a greater! increase in the cost of upgrades of cosmetics and citadel tier to balance it out.

~~~So perhaps clans only have to pay upkeep if there are upgrades on the list.

I feel if we invested all that time to building a T-7 citadel to the point where not ONE more thing can be build the upkeep should be removed OR lowered by 1/2/
Right now it takes 10 ppl to do ukeep without ERROR, so really 11.
By the time we get to this point, so much time has been invested and it does get tiresome. It gets harder to keep people etc.
Please REMOVE the upkeep or at least make it lower.

How about if after 6months upkeep has continued to be made, everything was built.. Clans can earn the privilege by paying so much towards a Citadel Bank Of Deeds to earn no more upkeep? OR the 1/2 off. It's a Thought.
