Glad to see action was taken.

Thanks for sharing this with us Shauny. I wouldn't mind the Fmods doing the moderation here.

Thanks for all your hard work with clans and the community!

You really don't have to apologize, Everyone understands how busy you are =)

All 4 points I posted in my post have been actioned on and done, we should see new Clan Leaders via CLF now :)

As a note, I've brought back the member I initially removed as a "reset" of the rules has taken place.

Thank you Shauny, I don't think anyone truly blames you for the problems. On the contrary, the vast majority of clan leaders see and appreciate all the hard work and effort you've put into improving the clan community and fully support you.

What I say next may be mildly controversial, but here it goes:
Most of the recent issues in CLF seem to be preexisting issues between leaders.

Perhaps this is due to events I'm not privy to on discord? It seems like a lot of the recent drama is related to discord, which is disappointing as the CLD was always billed as a way to reduce tensions and increase cooperation. Regardless of the reasons behind recent incidents, I don't think this should reflect in any way on Shauny's involvement in the CLF.

We, as clan leaders, need to step up and act like leaders. When we fight among each other it is not productive and only results in distractions for Shauny and other leaders and prevents us all from focusing on the real work at hand.

Instead of discussing the next clan improvements release, we're discussing rules and moderation. Lets all try to refocus our efforts away from arguments and instead focus on achieving meaningful improvements for the clan and game community.

After all, that is what the CLF was originally designed to achieve and why we all signed up to join the CLF.

I cannot agree with you more Seer of War, we SHOULD all be mature enough to put any past issues behind us and focus on which is most important to us all, and that is running our clans smoothly.

Shauny has enough on his plate without having to put up with all the issues on these forums.

I only wish more Leaders would become actively involved with these forums and then we really wouldn't need Discord anymore, as I feel that is the main issue with the drama.

Thanks once again Shauny for all your efforts into making Clans great again xxx

I feel like there are a lot of Clan Leaders in this community that have strong opinions on what is happening and are biting their tongue in order to not seem ungrateful for the work Shauny has done or regrettably feel there isn't a point in them voicing their concerns since they think those aren't going to be heard anyway.

I wish they would speak up, even if it is in Flag a Concern .

Re: Jigzag's point
I've most definitely been afraid of saying much in public for exactly that reason: I don't want Shauny to think I'm ungrateful for what he HAS done, but I'm also not feeling welcome to post in CLF quite yet. I hope that in the coming weeks, things will feel more open and friendly, as I truly would love to use this forum and be part of an active push moving forward.

I think that having Fmods with CLF access around to help moderate would be a good change, as they are both trusted in that they were given Fmod status in the first place, and they also understand the clan communities.

Thank you Shauny, I am trying to move forward with an optimistic outlook.

As I only visit the forums nowadays like once or twice a week, was I not aware of some drama I missed in CLF.

If there were people who did not follow the CLF rules and made some drama, I'm happy that they gone then. Good action from you then Shauny! :)

I don't get on the forums as much as I should, but I know you have been doing a lot of work for our Clans, both in game and on the forums. You look like you have a ton of other work going on too as well as being a new daddy! Everything you are doing is much appreciated Shauny!

The whole reason I've started looking at the threads again is because of the work you do. :)
