Agree with the others, clans should not be taking a backseat. These are much needed changes and its been painful watching the dust build up while other projects are prioritised. All this requires is a bit of decent project management to get it scheduled in and resourced properly, even if it takes another year to get there at least get it scheduled.

Yes, the "mute" feature seems to be thought of as a high-demand feature, but let's be honest: It's little more than an assistant of fallacies. For a Clan Member that require you to "mute" them; that's a great alarm that they're not in alignment with the vision of the Clan, or the Clan is not casing it's vision properly. Instead of muting Clan Members, one should evaluate on whether or not they should be there at the first place. It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation. ~Herman Melville

Could some of the UI work be done already? The current UI is painful to use especially when dealing with large amounts of clan members. Making it bigger, maybe restructuring some of the data already?

Could be one of the next steps you could take.

This looks really good and it looks like it fixes many of the small issues clan leaders have been having. Hopefully it gets implemented soon.

sometimes people have issues adjusting to the clan, and may end up talking about topics u wish to keep out of CC matters. it's an easy tool to punish people momentarily without having to resort to anything drastic. Also if you have to use it multiple times on one person then that would be your sign to kick them if you wished it.
