It's been reported many times here on CLF. I've also been targeted a few weeks back, I've reported it on the "The Flag A Concern Thread" here on CLF and whenever I login or logout I just do a little broadcast in clan chat to make people aware of this.
"Important - we've recently been targeted by scammers who impersonate staff and clan members"
"Just to remind you: we will never ask you for money, so please keep your money safe."
"If you are being targeted, please report it in-game and notify a staff-rank so we can report it on CLF."
Doing that regularly helped prevent further attempts on my clan.
PS: they scan your clan with 'fresh' accounts, whenever you see someone guesting you that isn't featured on the Hi-scores, I'd suggest asking them what they're after or kicking them straight-away.
