I'm sorry to hear this is happening to your clan, but you just have to keep reporting day in and day out and banning them from the clan each day etc.


As for this has come up with my clan? so far i have to say no, name small change and scamming, hasn't happened yet.

Our clan too has had this happening with people impersonating a dep owner with an account

name so similar i had to look twice myself. She said it was an alt to another dep owner and

invite me to clan and give me my dep owner rank on this account too.

Of course my dep owner getting this message knew that there was no way a 2nd account

would have been made by the person being impersonated.

We let all out clan mates know .... trade at own risk and remember to look for rank symbol

beside name. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

One guy scammed my clanny claiming he is our member and he was believed, he got 16 m from helpful clan member.

We found out who was the scammer after long investigating and we got it proven after contacting his clan leader, the scammer got kicked from his clan.

Money was lost but even worse was that the scammed guy was so disappointed thinking that his clanny or some of common visitors scammed him - he ragequitted and that he lost all the clan xp he made while years (was in the clan 8 years+)

He came back when calmed down and he had to admit we did next to impossible to find out scammer person.

16 m is nothing but imagine the amount of clan xp lost as he joined as beginner and now he is maxed and completionist.

Have had this happen a LOT more recently than usual. Even caught a few people "scouting" the cc to ensure certain people were online. They've impersonated my Deputy Leader and attempted an impersonation of a chat mod.
