Its his choice if he doesnt want his clan mates buying MTX just like its your choice you dont want players in your clan under 2k total level. Doesnt make him any less a leader because his opinions on his clanmates are different to your own. Clans by their very nature a selective to different game styles and attitudes.

There is such a large variety of clans due to the very aspect that you are trash talking.

If a Clan makes it mandatory to do Citadel (which I personally don't agree with.) and members decide to join this Clan, they know very well they could be removed when they don't do Citadel, then yes this justifies a kick. If a Clan never cared for Citadel but suddenly the Owner does and kicks everyone who doesn't, then this is wrong IMO .

This total level requirement that my Clan has was requested by my own members, but I understand your point. It's like a Clan Leader who doesn't like BXP because they always trained hard without any so they decide to kick all members who would play on BXP-weekends.

Btw, can you even tell if a player uses these boosters or not?

This is a doorway for MTX to become a larger issue within clans itself, continuing to devalue them than they already are. It is a foot in the door. We allow it, they will continue to do this kind of stuff.

The moment money is involved within clans, is when suddenly something is possible

Our opinions are devalued. We weren't notified of this before it was being put in the game, when that is why we applied to be here.

Despite a poll on reddit showing that 70+% of players think clan updates are needed, they still dont see it as "a priority"

They ask reddit users on what updates they would like to see for clans, rather than taking our opinions on here. So they could "get more opinions". I am sorry, what is our purpose here again?

It's interesting you say in bold how the clan is yours. Just out of curiosity... Do you actually think its yours and wvery other clan member is an employee (as an example)?

1.) Ive been running it for 9 years as of September 21st
2.) It is under my ownership. I make the decisions in it.
3.) We are arguing clan beliefs and ideals rather than focusing on the main issue

To be fair, Jagex did make the clan rank "Owner" and not "Leader". I've always referred to myself as a leader, not the owner.. but this is all semantics and I think we're losing focus of the bigger picture.

I replied to Mod Balance earlier, but I'll repost it because I believe it to be a legitimate question:

Honest Question:

What would motivate Jagex to develop for clans?

Edit: I ask because I try to do the right thing. I run a large and very active clan, perhaps one of the most active clans in the game. We play by the rules and our clan is fair and honest about our business. I care about the future of my clan, and I care about the future of this game.

I want to know how to achieve the strongest future possible for clans and the game's overall community - as I strongly believe the health of clans and that of the overall game are intertwined.

So I am legitimately asking what we can do to motivate Jagex to develop for clans.
