No, it is not possible to make them tradeable, because the fraud issue remains.

I am currently pitching internally a change to Clan Citadel Boosters, but that is at early stages so I can't really discuss further atm.

It really is not - there are difficulties around fraud with citadel boosters that are not the case with bonds or spins. I clearly cannot go into the detail on this one but it was a very real issue and why we closed down that aspect of the boosters.

While some high level players complain about the XP levels from the Citadel plots not being best in class (and it is highly unlikely they would ever be) they are still very good given the "free" nature of the skilling method compared to normal skilling methods, especially with the full fealty bonus. It also provides for the avatar bonus which boosts so many other skilling methods in the wider game.

I think we would be more likely to scrap Citadels entirely than we would be to remove the upkeep requirement.

As an owner of a clan that has a lot of new, excited and returning players, we use the avatar a lot. I have started a new rule. If any admin cannot carry an avatar on our home world, they can make admin for a day, "Avatar Warden."
I wish we had a separate rank. Avatar warden...

Let me first say that I am thrilled beyond belief with the new updates coming to clans next week. I told my clan leadership about these changes and they are equally excited. My congrats to Mod Shauny and his team and all who worked on these new updates.

I know this is a questions that has gotten asked a lot, but with the new changes I feel it bears asking again, and it is quite possible I missed it in another thread or post. Is there talk or discussions about adding more to the cit itself now? There are 5 plots not in use that are just "wasted space" but could be used with skills that benefit the citadel (i.e. a fishing plot to work towards cooking, likewise with a farming plot, a "mill" for construction xp to use the wood we cut, etc.). Along the same line, any talk about increasing the tier levels?

This is an issue that comes up 1-2 times a month in my clan, and i know it comes up with others as well. i'm glad to see the citadel getting attention with the update this next week, but i also feel it is only the tip of the iceberg of what players and clans want.

To do something for Citadels requires a lot of testing
