Yus, this is, unfortunately, the only way I could get it to work. The message relies on having clan data, so it can't go off till you have that data... so it can lead to situations as you have described on entering the citadel.

The number of visitors is correct at the time of the message going out, not the person arriving at the citadel. Which is why you get duplicates. -

As it takes approximately 250 clan variables to support a single layout... publishing them in game as a new layout is almost a definite no.

Whilst here could be a system for overwriting an existing layout with the values for that battlefield (at the cost of losing your existing layout). It would require a lot of work every single time to get them into the game, test them etc - you're talking potentially months of dev & QA time dependent on how complex the layout is.

The competitions for layouts however is a great idea... perhaps MattHe can offer some advice here.

If you want me to take a layout you have created in your clan, and make it so that other clans can effectively take a copy of that. The values you have used need to be typed in by me somewhere to overwrite one of your layouts.

If I typo one of the values, or one of the variable names, bugs can be introduced. Hence the testing of every single aspect of that layout.

I asked Mod Ash and he said: " I remember writing code for a Jmod to export the data of an arena they were standing in. She could visit your arena and run that. "

After that you should be able to get the code from the back-end system and copy/paste without making a typo. :D

Totally possible, with the problem that this would have to be done inside the citadel, as you can only write to citadel data (where the avatar's expiry time is held) whilst in the citadel. -
