I remember while back we all complained about the Kiln how awful it was to have belt down the middle of it so Jagex responded and fixed it so you can walk thru it. for the crafting area of the citadel I agree a small overhaul should be done, my suggestion is to make one or two big crafting areas this way walking around would be less distance then actually walking around 8 mini that's a pain in my opinion but, I do support your idea :)

That would be a complete redesign and graphical build for the loom - I think that is *highly* unlikely compared to a click number change.

Huge support, altho it's a 'buyable' skill, barely anyone does it. I usually end up doing it because otherwise it won't be done and we'll be in trouble to maintain citadel or buy upgrades. Even with ava's sometimes capping on it, it's still the most frustrating plot by far. :c

Making it clicks/4 or even clicks/2 would bring a good improvement whilst capping on it.

Decided to try the loom myself from 1 to 2,700 cap. Seeing that the loom is not only click intensive but also takes more than just 1 hour to cap at, the free 1.7m gp worth of crafting xp a week from it seems a bit less op to me now.

That said, I support loom being made somewhat easier or a bit less timely to cap at.

You have to remember it does scale to level, - additionally i'm interested too know where you got the 1.7m figure,

An interesting point to note to everyone

- QBD is about 3m gp/h

- The loom takes close to 2 hours to cap, i think its like 1 hour and 40 minutes (2700 resources)

- So lets go on the higher end of 2 hours that's 6m gp

Now if I take your current xp, you are 166k xp till 116 crafting, based of RuneHQ that would cost 1.3m gp making royal d'hide chaps, and you can do that very quickly, so in the grand scheme of things its not a major thing.

It doesen't need to be decreased to 4 clicks, it can be 8 clicks in total 2 clicks per loom. Still better than the amount of clicks we currently have.
