The avatars are meant to benefit the clan as a whole, and shouldn't be selective by rank.

While Admin with a specified job title is required to summon the avatar currently, recruits in all clans do have access to it with a full 6% xp buff when the Avatar Warden Admins have it out (when the xp buff is set).

The new clan avatar plan will rectify two very important points:
- Non-Admins don't have to wait for an admin to log, leave a dungeon, finish a quest, etc.
- Avatar Wardens don't need to shift their activities to 'babysit' an avatar for others.

There are other important rank permissions and responsibilities that come with Admin too, as well as privileges, depending on how any particular clan is structured. Just give your clan other reasons to rank up than being able to hoard the avatar to themselves.

It is really very low! For a maxed citadel u only need 3 cappers...

I do not hope that people now are going to leave clans and make their own clans with a small citadel just for avatar. (As people with a few alts can maintain a citadel of their own then) Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan

? how many good clans have been destroyed because of citadel caps

Perhaps additional build orders will become available with the clan updates planned for next year. In any case, I will not mind eliminating the plot lock goals and letting the clan gather whichever resources they choose for their own xp benefit because upkeep will be so much easier to maintain.
