This is my first time posting here- Hi I'm Zeb, Owner of O N E.
(200+members, Tier 7)
--------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry this post will be long, but I'm trying to give as much info on the situation as I can.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Once again, my clan has come to the point where we have lost all our key ranks.
(they went rogue and kicked a member with 2.6b clan xp before leaving, the member had been a deputy until recently when he kicked a coordinator over a grudge losing 700m clan xp, so we've so far lost 5b clan xp..)
I realise that the xp is lost and nothing can be done about it, just a kick in the teeth to see a well established clan members of nearly 2 years lose their hard earned clan xp.
With my remaining deputy soon to depart the clan (inactive and decided to step down over the rogue keys having a grudge with them + the kicked member, I am left with myself as owner and an alt in an overseer place (for citadel uses)
So that brings me to the real question, I am now stuck with who to pick to replace the lost leaders - I would probably say that the keys who were in place weren't really doing anything actively, capping/recruiting - which left most of the running down to me.
I've had 1 member (organiser) come forward to me willing to step up, though they haven't any experience of running a clan so don't know how most features work. The rest don't really seem interested in the extra responsibilities that a key rank holds.
I want to avoid upsetting any clan members who feel that people are taking massive jumps in ranks/less time in clan getting higher ranks/etc
--------------------------------------------------------------
- How did you pick your key ranks?
- How long had they been in the clan?
- Was there any animosity over them being picked over others?
- Can you run a clan on 2 keys?
- Do I actually need other key ranks?
Thanks for any advice Clan Owner of
