After they make enough to fund TransformersUniverse and RS3 through Squeal of Fortune and Solomon Store - they will get back to updating the game where flaws are in bugs and glitches.

We've waited near 2 years now for a way to set avatar warden to ranks below Admin, since we know they will never make the permission settings work for Admin and higher based on what we check/uncheck on the menu.

As Mod Timbo told us during one of the final clan meetings my clan ever attended (due to lack of support to players or listening to known problems), he told us simply not to rank people we didn't trust.

Turning the blind eye to the fact Admin can still ban/kick when that permission is not set.

That's a false statement, since avatars were just recently introduced in August this year (2012). Avatars are barely anything to concern yourselves with. The settings for Owners to administer whom they entrust with abilities and clan settings is THE issue we should focus on, as it affects almost all of these sort of complaints most of you seem to have.

I too, strongly disagree as well with having to 'trust' players with higher ranks in order to designate them 'special features'. This simply shouldn't be so. Putting out an inferior and/or unfinished product with no warranty of sorts, is simply unacceptable, and shouldn't be distributed with an excuse for blaming clan owners/administrators, charging them with the faults of a flawed system.

Moderating our own clan threads would be nice. Shouldn't be difficult to add the code to do so. Sounds like a simply neglected and overlooked enhancement. Added. As for making threads certain ranks - the forums they use certainly are not in regard to clan ranks, but JAGeX userlevels, so this feature may never come to exist, nor is it imperitive to all clans globally. So I'll omit this - for the time being, however. Clan:

That shounds aweful! It's hard to get people to use a citadel as it is. Why would you want to take away one, if not the only, incentive players have for doing it?

Do you mean players that don't use the citadel at all from having it? If that's the case, I'd agree. That makes a TON of sense. In which case, I've already gone about adding this to the list - let's say, at least getting half-cap? As not all players have the time in their busy lives to acquire what you might be demanding. Making it easier to edit events rather than the noticeboard would be nice.
And maybe a more clear way to announce events using this system.

I saw these 2 ideas from other threads but i thought they were pretty good

1. Have a clan lend bank (probably can phrase it better) but the main point is clan members put armour/equipment in this bank and the leader can pick a certain rank which can take items out of there and the clan members can borrow the item for a maximum of 24 hours.

2. Have different citadel environments such as desert, snow, and tropical, also having the ability to set to a certain god to your citadel such as Saradomin, Guthix, or Zamorak and that would change how all the customization options would look in the citadel.

Both very decent suggestions. I think however, that's icing for the cake. And the cake hasn't quite risen to the level we'd like yet. But I'll certainly add these ideas when we see some response from JAGeX on our CORE needs.
