Sending someone out of the room is much more effective than just silencing them. They are denied publicity, they don't get to see people talking about them, and they are reminded how boring it is without a clan chat. If they remain in the clan chat they would respond with pm.

Every voice and chat program I know has separate commands for kicking banning and muting. Each of these can be useful and none are redundant. I don't want jagex to feel that it's acceptable to do something less useful just because it takes half an hour less to do.

I don't want a naughty corner rank, I don't want a temp mute, I want to be able to temporarily kick someone from my clan chat. If the clan chat was programmed in such a way that this is difficult to do without reprogramming everything then that suggests that the people tasked to do it had either never seen any adequate chat software, or they were simply too lazy to make their version as functional.

i would like to see a daily clan message that appears on login, this could be used to inform all clanmates of citadel targets or a reminder of any events planned for that day.

i would also like to see some sort of clan activity log where u can see whos kicked who, whos recruited new members, whos fully capped in citadel and whos summoned/dismissed avatars.

i know this is probably a longshot but id love to see some sort of ingame voice communication, trying to communicate during pvm/pvp events has been made more difficult since u cant type and use abilities at same time anymore. i know there are already programs out there that do this but in my experience a lot of people are paranoid of using these due to hackers/ddosers.

thats all for now ill be sure to post some more thoughts as they come to me.

I'd like to see the clan jobs be useful or at least noticeable somehow. At the moment, the only one that does anything is Avatar Warden. None of the other jobs do anything, and even then you can only see them if you go into the clan member settings. There are so many cool jobs and way that we could utilize them to increase clan dynamic tenfold, but they're just not worth it because there is no indication that anyone has a specific role.

I've updated an objective to reflect that BOTH 'mute' and 'temp ban' options are optimal and equally neccessary.

I like your idea of displaying who's capped. Right now, it's limited, but already in-game. Thus, I'm going to omit that from the list right now. It would be great if it could be added to the clan member list page, but those are so unreliable for being bug-free. As such, I'm refraining from trying to add alot of suggestion to be applied to those for now.

I am however, including your "clan message upon login" suggestion. I'm re-writing it to accompany the "· Add "notes" field to clan Vexillum." idea. This note will dually serve as that 'login message'. Creating a way to compile these ideas into suggestions for JAGeX that will service multiple applications to adhere to the same objectives simultaneously will tremendeously cut their needed efforts to attempt any of them, and increase the likelyhood of something actually being done.

Keep 'em rolling in. :)

Oh oh, change it so that you have to have fealty to have avatar xp bonus.

Fealty 1 - 3%
Fealty 2 - 4%
Fealty 3 - 5%

and get 6% if you are in the zone of the ava xp bonus. It'll help clans get people to cap.

That's not a bad idea... I think we can refine it more though. As it is, as you suggest, would be very script-intensive. And since JAGeX already have a (their) system in place, it's not likely they will opt for anything else right now. It's something to improve and figure out and discuss more, certainly, but I'm going to omit it from the list for now. I hope you understand the reasoning. As I tried to say though, thanks for putting in the fore-front of our minds, and serving as a reminder to focus on that again sometime.

Just another couple of things ive thought of. first of all id like to see some rewards from rated clan wars for example some pvp armours or make hybrid armour usable in rcw. also a mark system (similar to dungeoneering) maybe with different coloured markers depending on which class u want ur clanmates to attack with.

I also feel pvm clans are losing out on clan leaderboards. maybe a bosses killed stat added to clan stats or total wealth earned from bossing could help with this as their is currently know way of seeing who the best pvm clan currently is.

I like the idea of an expansion of the Citadels! I was like well yes this is nice to start with when I had seen what was all available to clans in the citadel, but there is so much more room for expansion!

Think of fighting arenas in the Citadel in which you could fight waves of monsters with clanmates, much like the Tzhaar Kiln or Cave or the new thingy. Also adding more skills to the citadel would be a nice thing, seeing there's space for at least another 5 skill plots (and maybe even more if Jagex would add extra tiers!).

I am definitely hoping they'll add the new skills to the citadel as well ;)

Honestly, I think any additional skill plots, if any that get added, should be a direct result of getting Tier 7, and maintaining 400+ members or completing something like your idea of a Clan 'Battlezone' event. Some kind of stipulation, rather than making more Tier levels. It's hard enough building from the ground up, and pushing the goal line further way yet, is just another put-off for Citadel users.

I appreciate your input. I'm sure you have something in there that'd be useful. I'll try to draw on that and figure out what it is and add it. Thanks.

Anyone else have any more ideas/wants/desires?
