We all like to get ideas from each other. Clan events can sometimes be hard to come up with. So here is your chance to share your awesome events with each other!!!

Be sure to include the:

Title of event
Full description
Rules and prize if any

The purpose of this thread is so that clan leaders can share their event ideas with each other so that other leaders may do the events with their own clan. Some people are more creative than others, lets be honest. Please use this thread for the appropriate reasons.

I was seriously trying to figure out a way to tell CLF about our newest event idea! X)

We're currently setting up an Ironman championship. Participating clanmates create an ironman (preferably hardcore), and then compete to level it up as quickly as possible. At the moment, our event's goal to "win" is for the account to reach 1k+ total level with 65+ all combat stats (includes Prayer, excludes Summoning). We're also limiting any "P2W" aspect of it, by disqualifying M accounts if they purchase membership before they reach either 1K total or 65+ all combat.

Rules for joining in:
--IM account must be in the clan (We're allowing guests to participate, if their IM is in the clan)
--If the account was created more than 1 week before the event, IM account must be below total level 350
--If an HCIM dies, the person must restart on a new account, losing all progress
--Rule about membership (explained above)

Current prize: 3 Bonds + Artwork of the winning Ironman, created by myself. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape

Well,

I do an event we call "Dummy Demise". We gather up all our old dummies from the treasure hunter about once a month and set them up in a large area - Like the GE, and then we whack away! [Or slay and thv]. It's super fun! 23 200ms. Founder of Jamandy52 skilling clan. Favorite skill: Construction. Love skilling. Love minigames.
Working on 200m Divination atm. PM for effigies assists, and for tips when skilling. World 70.

We had one event where one of our clannies showed us neat things around Runescape, for example the rat trap or something in one of the houses in Ardougne. Trying to interact with it dealt about 50 damage :P

We've also done impromptu rune runs, and I'm learning how to defend in Barbarian Assault but I think that'd be a fun game for clannies to learn together as well :)

, your suggestion reminded me of the event calendar in the Events & Competitions forums, where anyone can request that their event be publicized there. I've been to a few "unofficial" events open to everyone, and it was pretty cool meeting people in-game and freeloading on masses :)

I also know that the Fun Cave and Serenity Isle, which are clans that have a lot of events, base their clan threads in that forums since their events are open to everyone.

Perhaps as a test trial, we can post clan events on the calendar thread for Iceberg to update, see how it works, and if it works well, we can have a clan-specific events calendar? Though to be honest, I don't anticipate needing a separate calendar from the events one that already exists
