===== Section 49: Fort Forinthry's Command Centre =====
Fort Forinthry is a player-owned (and built) fort northeast of Varrock (north of the Jolly Boar Inn). The New Foundations quest needs to be completed in order to continue constructing the fort. One of the buildings you can construct is the Command Centre.



At Level 30 Construction (Command Centre Tier 1), all Ports voyages success chance is +3%.

At Level 70 Construction (Command Centre Tier 2), all Ports voyages success chance is +6%.

At Level 99 Construction (Command Centre Tier 3), all Ports voyages success chance is +10%.



A 30% success chance would become 40%. A 90% success chance becomes 100%. For example, you would see 36,000/40,000 in the ship stats vs voyage requirement, but you would visibly see 100% success on the bottom of the screen.
