===== Section 151: Berries 1 =====
Berries of the Arc is an activity in the Arc where players find and breed berries of 16 types. Berry bushes can be grown from seed in the planters on Tuai Leit. Players can check the status of these seeds on the 1st page of the Arc Journal, under the heading "Planters".

Eating berries provides temporary stat boosts. Berries can be sold to Terri (fruit merchant; shop: Terri's Merry Berry Bar), found in the gnome colony in south-western Tuai Leit, or Sinuman (food merchant; shop: Sweet Goods) on Cyclosis. Berry seeds can be sold to Ani (farming merchant; shop: Ani's Seed Store by the Sea Shore), found in the gnome colony on Tuai Leit.

After growing all 16 varieties of berries, Ani rewards the player with a 50K Farming XP lamp, and he also agrees to tend to the player's berry bushes while they are away, granting 10% extra XP and yield.

Each bush is harvested separately in 1 action. The entire amount of berries and seeds (both are stackable) are placed in the inventory.

===== Section 152: Berries 2 =====
=== Cross Pollination ===
In order to obtain any berry besides Rumberries and Exuberries, players need to either find a seed in a rare Uncharted Isles chest or cross-breed them in the planters in central Tuai Leit.

Players can add one seed to each of the adjacent planters in order to cross-pollinate seeds and grow bushes. After 42 hours of growth, bushes will mature and can be harvested for berries and seeds.

Unlike real seeds that only produce pollen after flowering,
berry seeds will cross-pollinate if they are planted next to each other - even before any significant growth shows.
Therefore, harvesting 1 bush and immediately planting a new seed - before harvesting the 2nd bush - will ensure that each harvest may yield a new cross-pollinated seed along with the regular produce.

Players do not require Level 86 Farming to plant or harvest berry bushes, only to obtain the Rumberry & Exuberry seeds initially.

Most efficient method below, the recommended order:
The various seeds still need to be planted, as
the Arc Journal tracks berries harvested, not discovered seeds.

After growing all 16 varieties of berries, Ani rewards the player with a 50K Farming XP lamp, and he also agrees to tend to the player's berry bushes while they are away, granting 10% extra XP and yield.

===== Section 153: Birds =====
Birds of the Arc is an activity in the Arc. Players can try to find all of the birds listed in the Arc Journal: Birds pages. There are 2 descriptions for each bird - before sighting it and a different description after it has been found.

Players can get hints about bird locations from Odd Billy on Cyclosis. After discovering a new bird in the Arc, players will no longer have the option to inspect that type of bird again.

Some birds appear on certain islands at particular times, while others are drawn by player activities such as skilling. Birds are not instanced and they do not appear on the minimap. All skill-related birds can be spawned on the named Arc islands and on Uncharted Isles by participating in the corresponding activities. No matter the size of the voyage, there is a ~10% chance that players will encounter a bird, so short voyages are the most efficient when trying to find these birds. However, keep in mind all the other factors that come into play when exploring the Uncharted Isles and your own goals/priorities.

Island specific birds spawn every 30 minutes starting on the hour, stay active for 10 minutes, and are synchronized across all worlds. On some occasions, they may spawn a little bit early or late.

=== Reward ===

===== Section 154: Kami Spirits =====
Kami are Hunter creatures that can be randomly found within the Arc. They may be caught barehanded or in an impling jar. All Kami will grant Hunter XP and an item from their drop table when caught. Orokami may also drop tradeable Orokami Masks.

Sensei Seaworth (on Tuai Leit island) awards the player with double loot OR tripled Hunter XP when player has caught every type of kami. Progress is tracked in the "Kami Spirits of the Arc" pages of the Arc Journal.

=== Bakami ===
Bakami, "mischievous spirits of sea monsters", are lower-level kami that live on named islands in the Arc. They require Level 90 Hunter to catch.

=== Orokami ===
Orokami are higher level kami that may only be found on Uncharted Isles. They require Level 95 Hunter to catch and have a rare chance to drop Orokami Masks. From 0 to 2 Orokami can spawn on an uncharted island of any size, but more likely to spawn on larger islands (long voyages).

===== Section 155: Mushrooms =====
Mushrooms of the Arc is a Farming activity in the Arc region. There are 16 mushroom types that are foraged from mushroom clusters found on Goshima, The Islands That Once Were Turtles, and the Uncharted Isles.

Level 90 Farming is required to forage from clusters found on named islands. 94 Farming required to forage from clusters found on the Uncharted Isles. Mushrooms from clusters can be sliced with Level 90 Farming and 86 Cooking, producing sliced mushrooms (ingredient for shark soup).

On Goshima and The Islands That Once Were Turtles, a status bar will be displayed above clusters being harvested, representing current depletion levels. It takes ~1 minute for a mushroom cluster to replenish its resources after being depleted.

On the Uncharted Isles, mushroom clusters are depleted after 100 mushrooms. Once depleted, the cluster cannot be foraged until daily reset at 00:00 UTC.

Randomly while foraging, you may be pricked by a thorn, disrupting foraging, and dealing damage equal to 5% of maximum life points. If pricked:
Ouch! You were pricked by a thorn.
