The
lvl 95 divination area
south of poison wastes activates


"I've heard there's a penguin located near a tainted swamp"



At the time this was given, the penguin was on the south coast quite a far west.

Prompted by the newly found clue "tainted swamp" we tested the "somewhere in RuneScape" clue area that used to be just south of the spawn of Wizards Tower penguin.

That clue area is no more. Second "somewhere in RuneScape" lost within two weeks :(
The southern part of Wizards Tower is all now
"where wizards study"
.


But!
There still is a twist in clues around there.
The area west of spellwisps is part of the
"near Port Sarim"
clue area
. The border runs between 19'43'' east and 19'45'' east, which is the same border as between Asgarnia and Misthalin and Port Sarim and Misthalin west of Draynor market.
