This means lots of competition of Seer's area traps. Anvil may hold couple of penguins quite likely.



Traps and clues to find the roamer in west (most likely ones underlined):

-- Seers anvil , churchyard and at bridge west of Sinclair Mansion -- somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin
-- Keep Le Faye -- near the coast, west of Ardougne
-- Catherby docks -- near a mountain of wolves
-- dead trees trap nw of CW -- west of Ardougne, in the hills
-- Oo'glog boulder trap -- near some ogres

-- at bridge to Falador Castle -- in the kindom of Asgarnia
-- just west of the path to Death Plateau -- where Imperial Guard train

Only one closed area penguin is casting umbrellas but over large area where the roamers most likely are also.

-- somewhere in the kindom of Kandarin -- McGrubbor's / roamer on Kandarin area (almost anywhere north of Ardgougne from Gnome Stronghold to Catherby and up to the bridge to Rellekka)

-- somewhere in the kindom of Kandarin -- McGrubbor's / roamer on Kandarin area (almost anywhere north of Ardgougne from Gnome Stronghold to Catherby and up to the bridge to Rellekka)
-- near the pointy-eared ones -- Elf / roamer by mountain side at and nw of the World Gate
-- in the southern desert -- Desert most of the time / roamer inside Shantay Pass
-- in the northern desert -- Desert se of Shantay Pass or se of Dominion Tower / roamer in Al Kharid / scorpion mine area / Digisite / Mage Training Arena

-- near a big tree surrounded by short people -- Gnome Stronghold most of the time / roamer west and sw of Gnome Stronghold
-- somewhere in the kindom of Kandarin -- Gnome Stronghold in tortoise pen or in the se corner of the stronghold / roamer on Kandarin area (almost anywhere north of Ardgougne from Gnome Stronghold to Catherby and up to the bridge to Rellekka)
-- north of Ardougne -- Gnome Stronghold by Hazelmere's statue / roamer south of the stronghold on area between the World Gate and Outpost building
-- around Ardougne -- Gnome Stronghold by fence 2 squares east of Hazelmere's statue till almost the se corner / roamer around Ardougne
-- between Fremennik and barbarians -- Lighthouse / roamer on Fremennik area
