Lol woops that's what you get for reading when you should be asleep :P It looks like I took the "un-" from the "unless" right below ...
If the atmosphere turns blue at the City of Ghosts/Bloodsuckers rule boundary, then the line south of Darkmeyer where it turns green again could also be significant. I doubt they'd add a clue border for such a small out-of-the-way area, but maybe the Bloodsuckers area ends and it reverts to "Somewhere in Runescape"?

I had a quick look at the atmosphere borders around Darkmeyer.
The atmosphere changed from green to blue just south of Port Phas at the music border. From the world map it looks like the same latitude as the southern border of "near the dungeons of Daemonheim" and I assume this border was previously the edge of the map.
The atmosphere changed from blue to green again at the same latitude as the northern border of the "northern desert" clue (again this is from the world map so I might be out by a few squares of latitude)
The atmosphere changed back to blue near the eastern wall of Meyerditch. It looks like it's the same longitude as the eastern border of "near the dungeons of Daemonheim" - but again that needs checking. I didn't bring my sextant >.<

So in conclusion, the "green area" east of Meyerditch could potentially be a separate clue to the "blue area" east of Darkmeyer. If the unseen Meyerditch peng has its own clue then we could potentially see it one or two squares east of the wall.

Edit: In fact walking the whole way around to Dessous's graveyard, the border between green and blue seems to follow the old map edge.

Question - Eli have you tested clues right up against the shortcut between the Abandoned Mine and Burgh De Rott? Also right up against the northern gate to Burgh De Rott? If not I'd be happy to help you sometime.

/ / \ Clue analysis of the week - v159 on Penguin Locations thread is updated on post 2.6 / \ \
v_/_ ......................................................................................................................................................_\_v

With 3 penguins on Morytania and recent big changes in the area it might possible to get some new clues for penguins this week if there are new clue areas added.
The clue areas in old Morytania:
-- where bloodsuckers rule: Slayer Tower, Canifis, Fenkenstrains castle, Hollows, Mort Myre Swamp, Graveyard, West parts of Haunted Woods, Ectofuntus, Abandoned mine, Mort'ton, areas aroud Burgh de Rott, Barrows
-- near the dungeons of Daemonheim: East parts of Haunted Woods, undead farm
-- near the city of ghosts: on the east end of dock to Harmony island, on coast just north of Port Phasmatys

New areas added were tested in some spots last week and those were part of "where bloodsuckers rule" clue area but there are chanses (atmosphere borders running on some existing clue borders in RuneScape) for new clues also.
Assumed clues for new area:
-- where bloodsuckers rule: south of Haunted Woods, north and east of Darkmeiyer, east of Meiyerditch (possibly something else also)
-- near the city of ghosts: at the east end of Port Phasmatys south wall

Checked "in the Wilderness" / "where Fremennik Heim and Seek" clue border and after all Wildy penguins can activate Daemonheim clue.
-- there are 22 walkable squares east of 29'43'' in the north end of area north of the blue lvl 2 lobster at the north side of Daeomonheim entrance.

This makes Wildy being closed area with manay clue borders and possibility to actiavate many clues.

Hi,
So far we've only had contact trough Cadge and Sam, but guess it's time to show my face here myself.
Very nice discovery Elipile.
I didn't send a penguin there but I did check it out myself. And while there decided to compare coordinates to the map I got going. I think the border there is at 29 degrees and 44 minutes east (that is between 43 and 45, since one tile is 2x2 minutes)
The ambient light changes also at this same border, so this might be a tool we can use as well, as Aveo pointed out above.
Both sides play the same sound though, but this tool proved useful in different areas.
I was wondering though, do we have proof that if a penguin goes east of that border, that it still activates the heim and seek clue?
I also wouldn't mind talking ingame about clue areas, so I went ahead and added you.
Btw, of the four penguins that can wander, I know the location of 3 on world 26 (non-penguin world, right)
There is a bush in CW wall, a rock in Yanille wall and a bush somewhere south of Yanille. Might help if someone wants to do research. (00:48:44 BST)
Some further thoughts after some bench tests:
1 section = 64 steps
16 steps = 30 minutes
This gives: 1 section = 120 minutes = 2 degrees
All nice and round values, especially since although normally section is of course 4 quarts, when looking in only one dimension, a section is 2 quarts, so a quart is exactly 1 degree long.
It also matches with the values you have for the north and south borders of the South of Ardougne clue within 1 minute (5'59" = 3 sections). If this works out all borders should have about (might be 1 off) the same minute value, differing only in the degree value.
P.s. Aveo, your assumptions above are correct, you're discovering the same thing I did a while back and what I am basing my map on, talk to me ingame for more details.
Signed,
Hypothermia

I found the Morty bush east of Darkmeyer (in the blue area) on w51 and immediately phoned in to Chuck. He gave me the following clues:
Where bloodsuckers rule (3 times)
Somewhere in Runescape (twice) <<-----
In the Southern Desert (twice)
In the Kingdom of Kandarin (once)
Between Fremmenik and Barbarians (once)

About 45 minutes later I managed to get the peng up against Meyerditch wall twice:
The first time, I spammed Chuck for clues for 5 minutes. The only Morytania clue that I got was Bloodsuckers Rule, although he was skipping pengs because I didn't get any clues for Desert in that entire time. Instead I mostly got Mountain of Wolves. I also got no "Somewhere in Runescape" clues.

I let it go after 5 minutes and it went into the green area. Straight away I got "Somewhere in Runescape" again.
3 - 5 minutes later I got it back up against the wall for another 5 minutes. Once again the only Morytania clue I got was Bloodsuckers Rule, and I didn't get any Wolves or Ape clues. And again I also got no "Somewhere in Runescape" clues.
Over the 15 minute period from when I first got it up against the wall until the end of the second time, I only got these roamer clues:
Near a Mountain of Wolves
Between Fremmenik and Barbarians
Somewhere in Kandarin
Around Ardougne (towards the end - also stopped getting Kandarin clues at the same time)
Which leads me to suspect that it was indeed the Morty bush that was activating the Somewhere in Runescape clue, although this will need a proper investigation (and a team of herders) some other time when we only have 1 Morty and all roamers are accounted for.

Thanks Hypothermia and Aveo :)
@Hypothermia
I am always happy to talk about clues, and am also interested of the map you are making. I have made one my self and it would be nice to compare them some time.
I havent used the in-between coordinates to mark clue borders but used / instead because there are borders where the change from one area to the other is not 2'' but only 1''.
The border 2'16'w / 2'15''w separates following clue areas:
- somewhere in RuneScape / north of Ardougne
- where eagles fly / near a big tree surrounded by short people
- where eagles fly / somewhere in the kingdom of kandarin
and the border 0'15''w / 0'16''w separates:
- around Ardougne / north of Ardougne

The border between in the Wilderness / where Fremennik Heim and Seek was found and tested right after dungeoneering update. The clue was for quite some time "somewhere in RuneScape" untill the area got its own clue sometime around last Christmas. After Wildy was made PvP again there has not been a penguin in Daemonheim clue area unless it has been on the area north of Daemonheim entrance from Wildy.

@ Aveo
Did I understood right that you got "somewhere in RuneScape" from both blue and green area east of Darkmeiyer?
It is possible that the clue for east of Darkmeiyer is "somewhere in RuneScape" but it is also possible that a roamer penguin has zigzagged over the narrow stripe of "somewhere in RuneScape" clue area northwest of Arandar gates.
To be defenetely sure we should have all roamers trapped or at least confirmed to be far from that area, and like you said just 1 Morytanian penguin.
Also there are those couple of times when "somewhere in RuneScape" has most likely been actavated on area south of Castle Wars, but wich we have not yet managed to found.

/ / \ Clue analysis of the week - v160 on Penguin Locations thread is updated on post 2.6 / \ \
v_/_ ......................................................................................................................................................_\_v

Very interesting week with 7 penguins in closed areas with only one possible clue :O and one penguin in closed area with possibility to activate two clues.
Of the two roamers Cw rock is from south of west area and Goblin Village from north of east area.
It is most likely that both of them will be found in the self traps closest of their own areas, but like we so well know, both are capable of crossing White Wolf Mountain and may get trapped in any of the self traps.
There are three possible umbrella clues this week. Sawmill penguin will always hide any roamer on Misthalin clue area and Karamja penguin may hide a roamer on the south coast of Rimmington (where bananan smugglers dwell) or on Mudskipper Point (deep in the jungle).
Specially if both Karamja clues are given there is a reason to check also above mentioned areas for a roamer penguin.

Yes I only got "Somewhere in Runescape" when the penguin was outside the old map boundaries - in both the green and blue areas. I never got it when it was pressed up against the wall inside the old map area.
I had thought that the clue might be triggered by a roamer peng but I never got any of the clues for the surrounding areas – Eagles Fly, North of Ardougne, etc. Most of the time the closest activated clue was Kingdom of Kandarin. I also got no Ogres or South of Ardougne clues.
We might have to wait a few weeks before we get a chance to test it :(
