Just something to say here before I forget...
Chuck said the Heim and Seek clue today.
No wilderness penguin was anywhere near the entrance to daimonheim.
Which means he lied

Two roamers, Digsite from east and Observatory from west. Both will most likely get stuck in some of the many self traps on their own side of the White Wolf Mountains.
Digsite most likely can be found in the blue urn trap at Digsite or in the area east of Draynor Manor. Both of these are on "in the kingdom of Misthalin" clue area. If it roams more west it may find castle bridge trap in Fally (in the kingdom of Asgarnia) or end up on Death Plateau (where Imperial Guard train).
Observatory can start towards south and get stuck in the Oo'glog boulder trap (near some ogres). It may start as well towards north and find the traps in Seers / Catherby area. Seers anvil (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin) is the most likely but also Seers churchyard, Catherby dock (near a mountain of Wolves) and Keep Le Faye trap (on coast, west of Ardougne) are possible.
This weeks umbrella clues are:
-- Elf penguinun with "near some pointy-eared ones", wich hides a roamer by mountain side west of Arandar gate.
-- Lumbridge penguin with "in the kingdom of Misthalin", in the kindom of Asgarnia" and "near Port Sarim". It has a possibility to hide any roamer almost everywhere on west of White Wolf Mountains.
I was doing some clue testing in the new Morytania area. So far, I'm only getting "Where Bloodsuckers Rule" for it. I was even able to get it close up to the east side of the Meiyerditch wall and that also returned "Where Bloodsuckers Rule". Seems that the Bloodsuckers rule clue is really huge now.
I've left the penguin to roam east of Meiyerditch on World 45. Maybe it'll find a trap or something.
With the changes and new land masses the clue borders in Morytania are to be found again.
What I am very interested on is the former south end of Haunted Woods, the border to black, and south of it.
The clue "near the dungeons of Daemonheim" was activated on an area roughly
- east from the musician
- west from the bridge from Ectofuntus to south
- north of the black border in Haunted Woods
Another intrestig is the border between "where bloodsuckers rule" and "near the city of ghosts" wich is dividing Port Phasmatys on the line of 38'41'' e / 38'43'' e. The land south of Port Phasmatys is walkable and it is possible that the east coast of Morytania is part of the "near the city of ghosts". Unless above mentioned former black border is cutting it.
I haven't had a chance to test anything my self, and might not be able for some weeks. Any clue evidence is most welcome.

I just checked w45 and that peng's (still?) east of Meyerditch, but it's not trapped, it's wandering.
If I'm right about next week then it should be a good week for Morty clue testing.
Eli - what do you mean by the land south of Port Phas is unwalkable? You can get right up to the south wall of the town and along it.

I have said its walkable - you must have been dreaming of the Un
The border (former black border) coordinates are most likely 9'13''n / 9'11''n. That is what I figured it from chekcing screenies of various old maps and new in-game map of the area and comparing to the in-game squares when I took coordinates.
Minutes are also fitting with almost all north/south borders. There is only one exeption with 15''n / 13''n.
In case anyone has time for playing with penguin at the border it could be good to check both.

@ Cadge Lewool below this post
Ty again
I noticed music was missing when I went to look at the area on first day, but had forgotten it by now as I usually don't listen to RS music.

We checked one area square south of the Dungeons of Deamonheim clue too before my partner had to head to bed (this was last night before I posted). It was also Where Bloodsuckers Rule. We wanted to test the whole area, but we didn't really have the time.
You can tell where the border is because the music player doesn't play any song and the mist turns kind of bluish.
