So just to clarify -
Looking at Eli's clues map with the grid pattern, the grid that contains the Mountain Camp would activate the "Fremmeniksand Barbarians" clue, as does the entire grid square to the south? (The one between the Mountain Camp square and the "bees and flax" square.)
The two grid squares east of the Mountain Camp (the Troll Stronghold square and the Trollheim square) would both likely have the Trollheim clue for the Trollheim penguin.
All the squares north of that would be the "frozen wastes" clue, which seems to only have the GWD penguin in it, as the quickchat doesn't allow for one on Trollweiss.
It could be years before Mod Nancy changes the pattern enough for us to see all the penguins :(

This new penguin pattern sure is full of surprices.

Week of just one roamer - Digsite, but we have 6 penguins with just 1 possible clue, two penguins with 2 possible clues and Wizards peng on starter area with 4 possible clues.

Digsite starts with "in the kingdom of Misthalin" wich is also the main clue for starter area penguin Wizards Tower. Wizzy gets other clues only on Wizards tower (where Wizards study) and by the stone fence between Misthalin and Asgarnia (near Port Sarim, in the kingdom of Asgarnia).
Another umbrella clue is "in the Wilderness". Wildy peng activates it everywhere else in the Wilderness exept just by Frozen Fortress in ne corner. If Digsite peng is by the Wildernes wall or behind (north of) Black Knights Fortress it will hide under "in the Wilderness" -clue.
Also elf penguin may hide Digsite if it manages to roam over White Wolf Mountains and succesfully pass all the natural traps along the way (East of Draynor Manor, Catherby docks, Seers anvil, Keep Le Faye). The area for "near the pointy-eared ones" is just by the mouintain side west of 3 ponds near Arandar gate.

Most of the clues this week are very straight forward in telling where to go look for a penguin.
For example:
- somewhere in RuneScape - Digsite just east of elf-clue above
- bloodsuckers rule = Temple of Paterdomus
- deep in the jungle = Mudskipper point
- near a big tree surrounded by short people = southwest and west of Gnome Stronghold
- northern desert = Desert (not Sophanem) northeast of Shantay or on the north end of eastern desert

This week is an opposite to the previous - or neary. Now we have 4 roamers, all western and close from each other. Luckily they are all wearing different disguises tough.

Felip Hills bush is the one most likely to be found in Oo'glog boulder trap. Observatory crate and Witchaven rock start their roaming most likely towards north and possible traps around Seers area (Seers anvil and churchyard, Keep Le Faye special and Catherby dock). Port Khazard barrel may end up south as well as north.
If any of these roamers cross White Wolf Moutains they might be found from East of Draynor Manor special trap.

This weeks biggest confusion cluewise will be Morty doubles as they activate "near the dungeons of Daemonheim" when in Haunted Woods or around undead farm.

Also Al Kharid/Mta bush peng may activate "in the kingdom of Misthalin" and "in the southern desert" and possibly misslead hunters relying only on clues.

I have been told that at reset, so soon after it that Al Khardi could not have yet left Mage Training Arena surroundings, there was a clue for "in the kingdom of Misthalin". Looking from map there seems to be possiblity to get this clue when Mta penguin is far north from its respawn by fence to Dueling Arena.
This is to be tested during the week.

The penguin at fence northwest of Mage Training Arena is on Misthalin clue area. Border is the same as is south of the Al Kharid northern borderguards: 5'11''n / 5'13''n.
Last weeks testing paid back already this week. Repeating Al Kharid penguin spawning west of Mage Training Arena activated again "in the kingdom of Misthalin" soon after reset.

This week brought us only two roamer penguins.
Gnome Maze bush in west and Mudskipper bush in east are able to roam crossing each other, but most likely the one found in east of Draynor Manor trap is Mudskipper and the one in western self traps, Seers anvil or churchyard, Catherby dock, Keep Le Faye and Oo'glog boulder trap, is Gnome Maze penguin.

Some clues that the roamers and closed area roamer penguins may get, may or may not be confusing.
-- "in the northern desert" -- southern desert penguin ne of Shantay Pass or on most northestern parts of desert east of River Elid
-- "in the southern desert" -- Al Kharid penguin inside Shantay Pass
-- "in the misthalin" -- a roamer on Misthalin clue area or Al Kharid penguin west of the bank, north of scortpion mine or nortwest of Mage Training Arena
-- "where bloodsucekers rule" -- a roamer at Temple of Paterdomus or east of Digsite by river
-- "deep in the jungle" -- a roamer on Mudskipper point
-- "near some pointy-eared ones" -- roamer at the mountain side west of Arandar gates
-- "somewhere in RuneScape" -- roamer between above area and 3 ponds west of Arandar gate
-- "in the Wilderness" -- roamer at Wildy wall or north of Black Knights Fortress

This weeks 3 roamers are all western: CW rock, CW bush and Feldip rock. All of them are close eoungh to get to Oo'glog boulder trap and all of them may also roam north towards Seers area traps (Seers anvil and churchyard, Keep Le Faye special, Catherby docks).
If any of them would cross White Wolf Mountais, it is possible to find it trapped in East of Draynor Manor special.
Clues are not very clear determining where roamers might be stuck.
Sawmill penguin is always activating "in the kingdom of Misthalin" so any penguin in East of Draynor Manor would hide under its umbrella.
Seers anvil and churchyard are on "somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin" clue area, Keep Le Faye on "on coast, west of Ardougne" clue area and Catherby docks on "near the mountain of wolves" clue area. Oo'glog bould trap is on "near some ogres" clue area wich is also the respawn clue for both CW rock and Feldip rock and bordering clue area for CW bush respawn.

There has been changes in Trollheim area including Burthorpe spawn area and some clue border areas. Also Lumbridge swamp has changed, but that doesn't affect clue area or respawn coordinates.
By just looking at it is clear to say that Burthorpe spawn will change. There might be a new border between Imperial Guards and Wildy.

This week offers us 2 eastern roamer penguins: Digsite and Goblin Village. They may both try to reach the spec in east of Draynor manor.
Goblin Village is also close to Taverley gate and it might well go look at the new Death Plateau area and those couple of specs there. It has also chanse to go over White Wolf Mountain and end up on Catherby dock, Seers anvil or churchyard or Keep Le Faye special. It may even roam down to Feldip Hills and get stuck in Oo'glog boulder special.

This week has one large umbrella clue - McGrubor's peng is always activatin "somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin" and hiding any penguin in Seers Anvil for example.

Even that there is a chanse to get "near the dungeons of Daemonheim" this week, there is no penguin near Daemonheim. Any of the 3 Morytanian roamer penguins activates this clue when on are east of the muscisian near undead farm but west of couple of squares from Ectofuntus and Port* Phasmatys. Southern border of this area is the maps end in south of Haunted Woods.

This week brings us 5 western roamers. Identical Eagles Peak bushes and Piscatoris crate from northwestern hunter area are accompanied by Witchaven rock east from Ardy and Feldip rock from north coast of Feldip Hills.

These 5 roamers are enough to fill every self trap on western area: Oo'glog boulder trap (near some ogres), Keep Le Faye (near coast west of Ardougne), Seers anvil and churchyard (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin) and Catherby dock (near the mountain of wolves).
It is very likely also that many of them are going to cross White Wolf Mountains.
Already earler today I found Piscatoris create on Catherby docks and a rock penguin (Witchaven or Feldip) in East of Draynor Manor special (in the kingdom of Misthalin) on world 121.
It is also very likely for one or more of these roamers to get trapped in Death Plateau special trap (where Imperial Guard train). Last week it seemed to be very popular for Goblin Village penguin.

The umbrella clue of this week is "between Fremennik and barbarians" wich is always activated by Lighthouse penguin and hides any penguin on Fremennki provence. There is also a small possiblity for some roamer to hide under other of the two possible Port Phasmatys clues "where bloodsuckers rule" when/if it is at the Temple of Paterdomus or on the east edgeo of Digsite by river.
Other than that clues should be very simple and informative this week, although Kandarin area is very scattered and penguin could be in Piscatoris area east of falconry, Barbarian outpost, Seers and around Sinclairs mansion.

No Burthorpe penguin yet. It will be interesting to see wether it will spawn inside the spec or is the spawn moved greately.

This week doesn't give us many roamers, just one western and one eastern. CW rock and Digiste rock are respawning so far apart that it is no likely for them to cross each other.
CW rock has lots of western traps to choose from - and Digsite most likely gets trapped in East of Draynor Manor, or on Death Plateau.
For some reason it seems to be easier for penguins moving form east to west to turn towards Burthorpe from Taverley, so if CW penguin would cross White Wolf Mountain it would more likely end up in East of Draynor Manor trap.

Sawmill penguin, Morytanina penguins and Wildy penguin are trying their best to hide roamers on the whole of Misthalin area including also at Temple of Paterdomus and east of Digsite (where bloodsuckers rule) or just by the Wilderness wall and behind Black Knights fortress (in the Wilderness).
Gnome Stronghold penguin can actiavate 4 different clues and from them "somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin" hides a romer in Seers anvil or churchyard trap. Also the other 3 possible clues, "north of Ardougne", "around Ardougne" and basic Gnome stronghold clue "near a big tree surrounded by short people" can hide roamers but not self trapped ones.

And to add to the confusion also East Karmja pengun can hide a roamer, if it finds its way to Mudskipper point (deep in the jungle)and Al Kharid penguin can hide under Sawmill clue (in the kingdom of Misthalin) on very west and north parts of its roaming area.
