Mod Mark i think said that he accepts that the skill is currently broken.
He does not work to add more content that would then itself be broken into an already broken skill. Jagex are working on releasing some big construction update next year probably.
I know there was some talk at runefest about it :D

broken

I have a nice home to live in, in RuneScape. One of the best laid out houses you will see.

I did not go to Runefest because I can’t , and I am not, paying £59 on a day event. And I live in London, UK. The place where it was held.
So please, if you can, tell us what was said, if Jagex said more.

Their adding a sort of "Sailing" content to construction I believe through "Player owned ports". I can't remember too much but I saw a member of staff talk about it on one of runesharks runefest videos :) Looks really good along with every other peice of future content they mentioned for 2012. :D Hosting house party @

The last time there were improved graphics in a POH was when Jagex had redid the game graphics entirely and the POH trees got a small improvement.
The formal garden flowers look outdated as does other things in the POH.
