It would be nice to see more rooms and stuff. being able to choose whether doors are there or not would be nice as i have doors facing weird directions.
also, fences to stop my pets running amock. And more room capacity so i can build a better dungeon

^ Alpha, I know what you mean about pets. I am actually planning on building my new house around my menagerie, so there will be gardens then room walls surrounding that, keeping them inside the garden area!
But you need to build your house a certain way to do that. Fences would help!

I'd quite like a total revamp, and then of course perhaps oceans around our home and maybe the option to add a 'Stream'.

The current Battlefield Designer in Citadels is something they could base it off of(I.E, click, drag, drop, etc).
I'd really enjoy being able to use a 'Scroll' to move bits of my home around...Lots of people suggested it, i'm doing so again.

Well, there are currently two things that are possible that have to do with Construction:
Player Owned Ports- Confirmed update, build your own port and attract sailors to it to go adventuring for you.
Greenhouse room- NOT confirmed, however it was one of the finalists in the suggestions competition at Runefest, and apparently came close to winning. Jagex reportedly liked the idea, so it's entirely possible they'll use it.
As others have mentioned, the skill also needs basic fixes- Ability to move rooms, better decoration, more customization, etc., all of which I hope they're working on as well..Having a house was one of the major reasons I got membership, I dislike having my house reduced to a storage bin/transport area :|
