It really is a shame that this skill is not given more attention. There could be so much that could be done with this. New furnishings to pick from or to find, new layouts, the ability to rearrange rooms as you like them, different colors inside the house, new styles of houses, the ability to move rooms around without demolishing them, gardens where you could farm, orchards, the ability to build a castle for yourself. This could be such a fun skill, but it has been ignored for a very long time. Meh, if they do finally update it, you will probably have to buy it in the store.

what i would like to see in construction would include vaulted ceilings roof tiles/patterns/angles and different room sizes so i can add closets and many other rooms instead of a silly "chest", also being able to place a staircase anywhere you like would be nice and different stair options would also be cool (spiral staircases are cool! ;) ) landscaping features would also be awesome like a deck and also different styles of walls

to be honest, if i build something, i want to be able to personalize it however i want! to me it doesnt matter how much xp i gain or how much money i have to waste to get it that way, but the way construction is right now, i really do not like.

Would be great to have a room with fishtanks where you can deposit some of the fish you fished. Also why not having some stuff with our dungeon depending on dungeoneering level ? We need to be able to have all skills represented in our house. And I prefer to keep living fish than mounted trophies too. And we need to have more themes for our house. Why not a snow one, or a lava like the menagerie habitats. Runelabs Skilling/Combat Bosses idea

Construction needs more variety. I agree that rooms should be moved without having to removing them and starting all over again. I also want a thing where you can select your lot size, and your room size. Why not hire a maid or a gardener instead of doing all the work? Maids can clean up stuff on the floor, while the gardeners can help decorate your formal garden or garden. Dungeons should also be darklier and deadlier. Why not bring a light source to the dungeon? Sometimes XP can be trained in your POH. Why not select what skills you want to do in your house? You come to your POH, and you see rocks in your dungeon. You can mine them for mining XP, and in your dungeon there'll be a furnace. You can smith them. Why not an Agility course in your house to keep you company? You can select what type course you want. Do you want it easy or hard?
