Tech Upgrades:
7th Edition Defensive Net - 15 Years (completion 1/20/14)
- upgrades Arrentinian Defensive Net to better defend territories.
HFPE: Adds multiple anti-ship, anti shielding, quantum movement capabilities to prevent movement through the barrier, along with adding extra power to the shielding capabilities. Allows the Net to defend against multi-verse passes and quantum/phase tunneling. Increases Kinetic and Energy based Attacks to prevent attacks from breaking through. Also adds hacking prevention abilities to safeguard any type of hacking by establishing Virtual Intelligence sentries. END HFPE.


Project Rehabilitation - 10 years for Orbital Clean up an Shipyard construction, 15 years total for completion (Completion 1/20/14):
Rebuilding Dag'Ron Tek with recycling of material from debris field. Will also terraform the planet after the destruction of the ecosystem. Completion reconstruction of Orbital Shipyards above Dag'Ron Tek with safer defense system to prevent future problems.

Project Orion - 10 Years (Completion 1/15/14)
Further Expand in the Orion Nebula Region around Arrentine Major. Establishing 10 new colonies in the nebula along with security outposts to prevent attacks against the homeworld.

Offensive Capabilities Upgrade 10 Years, then 5 years after completion of Dag'Ron Tek Shipyards (1/15/14, and 1/20/14)
Increase Space Forces Capabilities, establish a formiable space force with limited ships by using advanced tactics and training. Develop advanced weapons for combat use also.

Reports are coming in that this past Thursday, the Atlanti Federal Office of Law executed a foreign immigrant on questionable grounds. His nationality is not known, but his friends have contacted us, claiming that he committed no crime. Several large immigrant communities in Atlantis have exclaimed their disapproval, especially when news came in that the FOOL agents had been cleared of all charges, without a proper investigation or trial.

An anonymous source from a Neran expat community in New Provence told us that he no longer feels safe in Atlnatis after this shocking event, and several Nutsenean communities have begun local demonstrations.

I have no particular objection to you taking Laos and Burma, since, like Chip said, we haven't seen Marge in over a year.

Boom, Whirling Bladestorm! has finished, combining the M-98 'Kalros' (the sniper rifle created in the Half A Word Away project) with a specifically-designed scythe (whose blade is comprised solely of strange matter and which has designated field generators to prevent anything it strikes from reconstituting back into strange matter once it has been reduced to free quarks unless the wielder decides otherwise). It has been issued to Kvothe as a primary weapon, though he obviously still has all his others.

Kvothe is the culmination of the TGE's beyond-bleeding-edge developments in cybernetics, biotechnology and space-time manipulation - on the TGE's secret lethality scale, he ranks as high, if not higher, than the Cataclysm, Monumental Sin and the Stellar Blade, three of four of Sparkadia's ELE (Extinction Level Event) superweapons. On the Ranking Scale known only to Divine Lord Magery and Marcus Islingr, he is approximately ranked as a Lord.

His physical body is compromised solely of a carbon-fibre-neutronium composite (see the Hyperion Warsuit for further details) and nanite gel layers (again, as per the Hyperion Warsuit): he does not have any organs, as due to his physical make-up, he does not require them (his nervous-system-analogues are the layers of nanite gel; due to his semi-organic make-up, he has no need of respiration, and he gains the energy he requires to function from other sources, discussed further on in this dossier).

Testing has revealed he is effectively immune to damage from even concentrated orbital bombardment, thanks the extraordinary durability of his body and his regenerative capabilities, to say nothing of his non-physical capabilities.
His strength, speed, and agility are well beyond those of even Sparkadia's next-closest-level of physically augmented super-soldiers (the Thirteen Divines), even in simulations in which they are using the Hyperion Warsuit, thanks to the fact he is physically comprised identically to the warsuit, and thus possesses the same system of fast-twitch muscle fibres, immunity to fatigue provided sufficient energy, and added muscularity as is provided by the suit itself, but to a greater degree as his entire body is constructed in that fashion, as opposed to merely an outer suit of armour.

For comparison, while the warsuit allows a standard human user to punch through two to three metres of starship armour (armour comprised of the same material as the warsuit itself, that is), Kvothe can exert physical force theoretically capable (as his arms are not long enough to do so) of punching straight through the entire starship.

Kvothe’s entire body is seeded with Energy Slivers—discussed in the UBER Power project, and referenced elsewhere—and due to their size (with dimensions are measured in micrometres), and power output, he can operate at maximum capacity indefinitely (as well as being functionally immune to DEW). Beyond this, again thanks to that power output, the energy he is capable of drawing upon to fuel his ‘powers’ (to be detailed later in this dossier) is effectively limitless.

His ‘brain’ is comprised of a unique variant of Sparkadia’s biological quantum computers, spread across his body through the multi-purpose nanite gel layer, with mental processing power equivalent to the TGE’s most advanced non-singular AI, the [REDACTED]-class. This allows him to perform billions of mental calculations per second, giving him a predictive reaction speed – he is constantly running simulations of all possible courses of action arising from a single event and can, quite literally, react mentally to something before it happens. This gives him extraordinary advantages in combat situations, as, when combined with his physical abilities, he is completely incapable of being taken by surprise, and can equally outfight any opponent he faces both physically, and mentally. Beyond this, due to his mind’s unique composition, his intelligence is equal to that of the aforementioned [REDACTED]-class.

Due to his mind, his age—Kvothe is approximately nine hundred years old, though he has cycled through numerous bodies before reaching his current physical incarnation—and his combat experience, he is the perfect soldier (and assassin), matching the raw brainpower of a highly-advanced AI with the wisdom of centuries of life and the instincts of a warrior honed over nine hundred years of war and training.

Furthermore, he also possesses every augmentation released to the TGE’s standard army (such as the Ascendant Kingdom technology allowing the augment to survive exposure to a star and in a vacuum, though as he would be able to do this without the augment, thanks to his physical composition and other abilities, this instead increases his resistance to extremes of temperature), and, more specifically, those released to the TGE’s special forces, such as Mistborn, Soulcasters, Surgebinders, Shadows, Slayers, Paladins and Avatars.

In brief, this grants him the ability to manipulate psionic fields, gravitational fields, electromagnetic fields and energy, the Higgs’ Field and the strong and weak forces – basically allowing him to manipulate the fabric of the universe—and its occupants—as he sees fit (which, when combined with the energy available to him from the Energy Slivers throughout his body, makes creating a singularity or inducing a supernova in a solar system’s star from any planet in that system a trivial effort).
