A series of motions regarding the Olympics

1) The Summer and Winter Olympics will occur every August and Februarry respectively.
2) Nations wishing to nominate their own cities must do so three weeks prior to the announced date, followed by a voting period the following week. Players cannot vote for themselves.
2b) In the event of a tie, the BoSS will vote for the victor.

Sorry I have been posting much. Been busy with the whole marathon training, physics classes, and college stuff in general. I did just get hired as an Alternate for an RA position.

Today, King Medvedevski signed an executive order that will dissolve the Council of Moffs as a formal collective decision-making body. This is due to the recent internal reports showing that their role is redundant, as the two Houses of the Senate and the King's Privy Council together fulfil all of the Council's duties. In addition, the regular meetings and duties of the Council have caused a decrease in the ability of the Moffs to carry out their primary roles as regional governors.

Due to this order, Moffs will once again have ultimate executive power over regions, although tradition, as well as agreements that many local governments have signed with the Crown, limit the Moffs' powers to that of formal oversight.

In addition to this change, the King has enacted several changes to the power structure of several regions - Nera City, due to its enormous size, has been divided up into fifteen regions, each with a population of approximately fifteen billion. The governor of the capital region, The Right Honourable Norman Dunfroe, has been titled Lord Moff , and has the right to represent the King in meetings of the Senate.

Additionally, due to Deep Space Nine's continuing growth and ever increasing population (now over 10 billion), it has been separated from the rest of the Solar territories and given its own region. Due to the fact that the space station was originally a military installation and much of the current population is employed by the military, it has been designated as a special region, and a Grand Moff - The Right Honourable Elaine Lawrence - has been appointed as governor.

I'm guessing its that time of the year and everyone has tests or the like. Luckily for me, I'M ON SPRING BREAK...and I won't be doing anything interesting since I have marathon training...

Arrentine has released a new report on the progress on the colonies in the Orion Nebula.

Two of the colonies have hit 500,000 people, and the other two have reach 750,000 people. The two most populace colonies are the manufacturing colony, and the trade colony. The two others are the military and agricultural.

Dag'Ron Tek is becoming more and more habitable again. The planet is beginning to be return to its former hellish climate.

One hundred thousand Kidros are being deployed to the Hera system to begin development of colonies, as well as doing necessary terraforming to prepare the three terrestrial planets for colonization. In about ten years, Atlanti citizens will start being sent to these planets.

So this weekend my school hosted a MUN security council simulation and I was the crisis director for the 1984 committee. Because of it's relatively small size and the fact that the book only gives the briefest of outlines of upper Party structure, it was more like DM'ing a D&D session than chairing a MUN conference.

Don't know about any of you, but I got excited about the news in Astrophysics with the detection of Gravitational waves from the big bang's inflationary period. Best part of it all is I get to do a research paper on the first mapping on the cosmic microwave background radiation using COBE data.

I love my major.

Well these two weeks has been hectic, but now that is over maybe I can be a bit more active. Anyway, D chip now that the new council is in can you please classify Vorno as an NPC?

The car slowly drives towards the inspection booth. We probably have 5 minutes before it starts. The rest of the group triple checks their new toys; Vorno services rifles, grenades and LMGs. An agent located in Vorno’s supply chain managed to get some equipment ‘lost’ in our direction.

Breaking News!
Terrorists have attacked a multiple border crossings between Vorno territory of Laos and Tanicia’s territory Vietnam leaving 47 dead and 93 wounded. It started with the explosion from suicide bombers followed by a groups of 4 men heavily armed gunning down civilians and border guards. Tanician boarder police were quick to respond and held off the terrorist until reinforcements were teleported in. All but one of the terrorists died. It is believed that he is a Vorno citizen.
The reasons behind the attack are unknown as no group has claimed responsibly.

EIDI (Emulated Intelligence Drone Infantry): complete.

HFPE
Artificial Intelligence Development Program: A true A.I has been created at the Colonial Research and Development Facility. It was made by making a virtual copy a human brain through a process called Cognitive Impression Modeling. The brain it was designed of was from a scientist that had been working on the project. He had recently passed away and donated his body to science.

The AI has yet to pick a name for it self or a holographic image to represent its self.

This A.I is to be researched to fully understand its capabilities. We believe that it will be a great use for both military and civilian uses
