From what I can tell by looking around, 123 owns half the moon and Darknis had the other half. Seeing how Darknis’s country was destroyed (according to the wiki) I presume the land is open. Can anyone correct me if I am wrong?

So I'm coming up with the internal specifications for a civilian cargo K-1 cruiser - 120 metres long, 40 m wide, 25 m tall (six stories) along with a bridge on top. I need help filling up empty space, what are some things that a cruiser would need?
