After blowing up Atlantis and presumably reducing them to an ash-like substance Ninja should have been formally defeated and Atlantis no longer existent, therefore whatever remained of the once-Atlantis became the intellectual and in-game property of Aicy who was responsible for it's destruction. Therefore, Ninja's remark that Atlantis spontaneously repaired itself is null and void as Atlantis 1, no longer existed and therefore could no longer act in game, and 2, had become the property of Aicy, and as the rules state one can only control their own characters and countries, and cannot force roles on other people or other people's characters. Therefore, Atlantis is nonexistent.

Discuss.

Assuming that Aicy was the one who tried to blow up Atlantis, Ninja would have a chance to respond to Aicy's attempt to blow up Atlantis. This would be the case if this were an act of war. If it were not an act of war, then Aicy would need Ninja's permission to blow up Atlantis, which, as far as I can tell, was not given.

However, assuming that Atlantis was blown up, Atlantis could theoretically be "magically repaired" if Ninja put some form of protection or something in place (like a back-up file or disk).

In my opinion, the ashes of Atlantis would still be Ninja's. He can do with them as he pleases.

I really should get around to becoming a judge in MTG....

(this is Super in case you're an idiot and didn't figure it out) Nice to see at least one of the games is still chugging along, even though I don't care to be part of it. I'm still holding onto hope for other games... and actually bought RS membership for the first time in years.
