In a completely unrelated set of circumstances, the statue has re-appeared, completely undamaged and unchanged, with the exception of a small cat sitting on top of its head.

The cat is miraculously capable of surviving the vacuum of space.

Coincidentally, unmarked flyers have been posted to the citizens of Atlantis and Belozay.

On them are the following words:

FIRST OF ALL HOW DARE
