Arretium: Today, President Ninja unveiled the new Flag of Atlantis. Its appearance is as follows.

In the left half of the page are fifteen white stars on a white base, representing the fifteen provinces that now make up the Atlantis Earth Territory. In the right half are six stripes, alternating yellow and blue, these represent the six systems Atlantis exists in.

This flag is mocked by some of the media, saying the flag looks like "a goose's posterior in the cold Canadian winter." President Ninja has not responded to those claims.

A spokesperson from Belozay began to issue a statement informing Atlantis that half of their flag was actually blank but before she could do so a representative stopped her, saying "Just let them keep thinking it's supposed to look like that."

We would like to issue a correction to a previous issue of The Atlantis Times. The article previously read:

"In the left half of the page are fifteen white stars on a white base,"

The article was meant to say:

"In the left half of the page are fifteen white stars on a blue base,"

In other news, the author of that Atlantis Times article has not reported to work since Tuesday. Coworkers fear for his life.

Not to trivialize the very serious events happening in Nepal, but do real life natural disasters still affect CYOC nations? If so, the in-game owner of Nepal should issue some kind of response.

NEPAL - An Atlantis couple was stranded following the earthquake and avalanche that occurred in Mount Everest earlier this week. The Atlantis Consulate has stated that all Atlantis citizens working or living in Nepal have been found alive and well.

The Atlantis Red Cross has sent a team to the scene to aid in rescue and recovery operations, Atlantis has pledged one million World Credits to the Red Cross.
