Ilona and Ozan briefly dated.
Xenia and Radimus used to adventure together ...
(Sorry, but I'm not even sure if that was 0 or 1 degree of separation. Xenia admitted herself that the 2 of them used to do stuff back in the day before they created the guilds)
Fine ... we'll go really weird with this one:
Purple Wily Hellcat (not one owned by any player characters) and Vorago
the exemption is to rule out players saying "me"

Lmao I didn't know there was such thing as a purple wily hellcat! I don't know what Vorago is, but after a quick gander I'll take a spin:
1. In order to have a hellcat, you need to have spoken to Evil Dave, who lives in his mother's basement, and have finished his subquest for a Recipe for Disaster.
2. As a reward for Recipe for Disaster, you get access to the Culinaromancer's Chest, which is in the Lumbridge cellar/basement. Not unlike where Evil Dave lives.
3. In the Lumbridge cellar is a tunnel to Keldagrim, where the dwarves live.
4. The dwarves are master stone masons. They are also short and humanoid mythical creatures like gnomes are.
5. The gnomes are the ones who have given the name Anima Mundi for the life force of everything.
6. Animal Mundi was the one that created...
Vorago
!! Who coincidentally is made of stone, which is what dwarves work with!
Coincidence
? I THINK NOT! We also know that there are dwarves that harbor hostility toward humans and are willing to conspire with other species, for example the dwarves in Hunt for Red Raktober.
live in the desert
(Perhaps a desert that was based on the Gobi desert???)
Lol I'm so kidding.
Ozan
is one of the signature heroes of Runescape, and the
goebie villager
is one of the characters that you as a hero saves in Call of the Ancestors. During that quest, you're repeatedly referred to as the hero that Mazcab needs.
