Both are generally associated to the main God factions. Juna is a devoted follower of Saradomin, even after his death. Vanstorm Klause was at one time married to Queen Efaritay Hallow, an Icyene who are associated with Saradomin. Klause was later vampyrised by Drakan to become a Vampyre, losing his previous human ideals. The vampyres are loyal to Zamorak, another of the main factions.

Hans can be found wandering around Lumbridge Castle.
Lumbridge Castle is part of the kingdom of Misthalin.
King Roald is the current ruler of Misthalin.

Next is Pescaling Pax and Vanescula Drakan.
