Haha, thanks Jokku.
I know Cyanid also made a point of character alignment, but on my screen the characters do line up. I am using Mozilla Firefox, 100%. On my screen, the right side of the face is slightly oddly shaped, but it coheres with the image reference that I used. :/
I downloaded Firefox now. It looks so much better than in Google Chrome! Odd shape was not the issue (actually I like that part), but there were serious alignment issues. It really good that I asked before rating!
Nop: With this choice of picture I think you did a great job and it's pretty hard to improve. Maybe it's a bit unclear in the other person's face
Chars used: 23.
Long Hair: I think this is the winning entry. It looks really cool (honestly), and I don't see anything I would consider as an issue. That kind of shading is not easy, but you did well. Chars used: 24.
Cyanide: I think the small size fits well here, and most importantly looks cool. The middle part could be improved. It's quite simple, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Chars used: 14
Saph: Very detailed, and in some parts it's like 10/10 work. I feel there are parts where there is a bit too much detail and it's starting to look unclear / all of the detail don't actually improve it and leaving some of it out could yield a better outcome. I understand that might not be what you're aiming for, but then it's just harder to get it right.
Chars used: 31
For different chars used I counted how many different characters were used in each work (there's a website for this). It not too important but it's one way to measure character variety.
Keep in mind this is just a matter of opinion. One may think someone's work could be improved for reasons
xyz
while another person might like it for exactly the same reasons.

I didn't realize Sap*'s drawing was in FF, she said previously it was in GC. Irregardless of the alignment issues, I'd probably only go up by 0.5 points, which probably won't have much impact on the final scores.
Yeah my head's screwed on very loosely.
I've been using GC for years but recently switched over to FF so I must have said it out of habit. But your scoring does not bother me at all and I see no need for you to change it.

That's really cool.
I looked at Sap*'s drawing in FF. It does look better, mostly because maybe three lines that were way off were fixed.
I believe everyone who has participated in the competition has rated. If you're viewing this thread but didn't submit a drawing you may still judge if you have the time.
