There's a story where Taylor triggers with the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, actually. It's been abandoned, but she does things like cut away Vista's connection to her shard (by accident), which seems reasonable; as far as I can remember, the MEoD* only don't work on things that can't die (which Servants would count under because killing a Servant in the Grail War doesn't actually kill them, just a copy that's been sent down from the Throne, so that *** makes sense to me), so all Shiki (or Shiki!Taylor) would need to do to an entity is just keep cutting until there was nothing left.
Entities can die, after all.
Whether she'd survive the process is another question entirely, since there's not a lot she can do if she gets hit by an omni-directional version of Scion's Golden [REDACTED] Beam.

As Mad Guy is busy training, there is a small flash from up in the air, as what looks like a glowing drone shoots down to the ground out of the sky, swooping back into the air and leaving a trail of embers.
The small item hovers in the air a couple of meters in front of the training warrior. Upon closer inspection, it looks like a metal bird that has been heated up so it glows orange.
The mechanical wings slide out slightly, and then solid flames extrude down and outwards from them, striking pillars into the ground and forming a small, slightly ornate archway, with another phoenix on each side, on top of the pillars.
The air inside the arch bursts into flames, which disappear just as quickly to open onto a wide plain surrounded by tall peaks.
A green cloaked figure walks out of the portal and nods at the warrior in greeting.
"Mad Guy. Nice to see you again. Shall we?" he says, drawing from his left side what looks like sword hilt with no blade and a tuft at one end.
"By the way...I had an idea to make this battle a little more interesting." Suddenly, more phoenix statuettes are duplicated from the top of the first arch, circling around the two until there is a ring of twelve of the same flame archways, each clearly leading to a completely different area, each with another ring of portals.
The challenger slips into a fighting stance.
