((Apologies for the delay, been doing a lot of work for some exams. I found it pretty weird to jump back into Alpha base when Annie and I started it back up again, but it faded after a week or so.

Alpha base has never really had much romantic orientation. I think a here and there kiss if that, but pretty much it's only been 'these two are together, and these two are together.'

Not too sure what sort of method in which he can return, I'm planning on pulling Shiro and Annie from this fight soon because it's clear they cannot win the fight. However, perhaps he could return to Leon. I'm not against bringing Leon back. The only reason I didn't was because I didn't want a powerful god on the playing field with mortals (with only two of us really here Rping). Leon still remains in the realm between space and time (pulling Dal there since it is outside the realm of time), and as stated before he was released by Shiro.))

The beast let out another piercing shriek as Annie's blade hit home on its wrist. However, once again, it was nothing more than a scratch to the beast. The magic was completely ineffective again. The beast swung at Annie with increased speed; it was only getting faster the angrier it got. There was no way she could dodge the attack. Shiro quickly lept up to block the attack. He managed to deflect it enough for her to dodge the attack now, but he himself was sent plummeting to the ground. Shiro was also getting stronger with time, he was finally becoming reacquainted to battle.

Annie was frustrated that her magic didn't work on this strange monster. But was happy that her sword was able to cut the monsters wrist. Using a lot of her powers made her tired. She saw that the strange monster was about to attack her but Shiro blocked it so she was able to dodge the attack by jumping to the right. She worried that Shiro got injured from the stranger monsters attack. She asked in a worry,tired voice,"Are you ok?" She swung her sword in a zig zag as fast as an elf and then trying to stab it in its heart. -Dances-

Shiro couldn't speak his injuries were starting to pile up. He was now unable to move from the ground he was stuck in. The monster grabbed the tiny sword in between two of his fingers. He wound up his other fist for a quick strike. Annie would have to drop the sword if she had any hope of dodging the next attack.

((Don't worry Annie, if you take the hit it won't kill your character. I'm planning on having Shiro and her saved next post.))

Annie tired to dodge but was slow so she was stab in her hip. She screamed in pain as she fell to the ground. She was shocked that she was slow to dodge that attack. She swung her sword trying hit its leg. -Dances-

The beast closed in on top of the two. The mighty monster's fist was coming down on the two of them. They're dead. There seemed like no way out of this situation, they had to be dead. An even blacker darkness filled Shiro and Annie's eyes. He couldn't even see Annie anymore. He thought they had been crushed and killed.

After a few more minutes the darkness faded and disappeared entirely. Annie was also nearby still. She was in mid swing as if she were about to attack the monster still. Shiro rose to his feet and looked around. The feeling of the darkness was distant now. They must have been taken to another planet. He glanced back and forth trying to determine what had moved them. His eyes caught a man a distance away on the roof of an old decrepit building, the only building in sight. He crouched and appeared to be in all black attire except for a red scarf. His hair a slightly long slick black reaching his shoulders. The energy he emitted could only be that of one person Shiro knew, Sora.

Annie was still in so much pain and very tired from the fighting that strange monster. She thought the monster was about to kill her but then everything frozen in time and saw blacker darkness filled around her. She felt very scared because she doesn't understand what happening. Then the air around them and relized the strange monster wasn't near them like they were moved to another planet. She felt very confused so she looked around and saw a man who looked like Sora. She asked in a painful, weak voice,"what just happened? Where are we?" -Dances-

[Several months ago.]

The elvish kingdom of the west had been echoed by a citadel of darkness. Darkling creatures roamed on wings and feet.
In the center of the citadel stood four beings of power.
Nyx sent chains of darkness extended towards Dalnius, slowly corrupting his soul and entreating his mind.

At that moment Annie had struck out with the elements (sheer wind and water, scouring earth and purging flames.) Simultaneously Shiro's blade met the dark connection and...

Nothing. The fallout of a Fatebreaker and a Destined destroying the chain in synchrony left the subjects Nyx and Dalnius paradoxes, solvable only at the discretion of a partial and prevailing deity.

Time and space passed ruthlessly.

*.*.*

Dalnius stood at the edge of what resembled a throne room.
What was strange was that it had formed naturally from filaments of time and space.

Dal look at his hands; he was translucent and green. Barely there. In his hand he held a metaphysical replica of the golden ring on Annie's hand.
It had become his psyche's anchor to the worlds as he knew it, until a familiar and potent force had beckoned him to this structure beyond reality.

He gave one backward glance at the remains of Nyx: A dark metal mask embodying her power, before pocketing the ring, and approached the center of the room.

Annie had a vision of her master in the throne room where Nyx once stood and had held Dal. She saw him looking at his ring the same one that she had one her finger and pockets it. Then he looks at Nyx remains where the dark metal mask embodying her power. She saw him approached the center of the room. She asked in her mind in a painful,weak voice,"Master, what are you doing? Don't do anything stupid! I miss you. Please come back to me." After that the vision ended and she was aware that she was at this strange planet. Now she waits for her master to answer her. -Dances-
