Too depressed to respond to all of the review right now.

But where is this in Brotherly Love? Can you find me an example?

"Before we talk about that, I am wondering about your dialogue usage. It is a little different than in The Priceless. You put commas and periods outside the quotations in The Priceless, but inside for Brotherly Love? Something sounds weird here. You said the way you did it in The Priceless was correct in England, but now it’s different? Explanations please."

Nothing is wrong with it. I was comparing it to the Priceless and how some of the dialogue seems a little different in terms of quotations.
Here's your example from The Priceless: "I understand it now, 'Do your best, no regret’."

I see no inconsistencies.
One is a dialogue, which is always presented like this, regardless of British/American English:
English yelled, 'I will strangle you for not giving me that 0.5 points!'

One is a quote in a narrative:
Once upon a time, I yelled at Mitch for 'not giving me that 0.5 points', because he's just a big meanie!
(British English)
To my understanding, in the latter situation, American English would present it as such:
Once upon a time, I yelled at Mitch for 'not giving me that 0.5 points,' because he's just a big meanie!

So, yeah... I see no inconsistencies.
