'pile of rubbish' It's not a pile of rubbish mate, looking back i'd rather had studied more short stories like this than I did in school. Those days were so boring, which is probably what put me off reading anything, even a newspaper, or even the Runescape homepage! haha
Thanks for the welcome I need it, not been very social so far I've got about ten friends on my friendslist haha, the others from back then have quit long ago.
I don't think there was a main reason why I quit, probably just a combination of upcoming GCSE's and a bit of RS boredom - I was never big on pking so it didn't really bother me, though the trade limit did!

I havn't read anything yet other than your story, I came to this forum in another reminiscence of the things I did 3 years ago. Sad really haha!

Lol, I think this story would get banned in most schools lol. It's strange because I always liked what we were given in English lessons (Granted, I was a noob and believed that anything I couldn't understand must be good), and those stories often inspired me in strange ways.
But I certainly hope you'll find your interest in reading again some day! I believe that it is one of the best way to understand another mind other than your own. Not to mention it is a pretty useful feat
Actually, most of the people I once knew have left too, but I kept making new friends because I meet people on here, and they're nice people.

Though the trade limit thing didn't really affect me, because I was the gullible kind that gets scammed all the time
You came to this forum three years ago? Wow. I only just started out as an author then. Well, pretty much. I came here in Feb 2008 with my first story, then wrote some more, then quit for a while, now come back. I'm a travelling writer lol, learning what I can from different communities. Still I came back, so that's saying something!
(Or maybe people here like me more, rofl.)

Yeah, well my GCSE's were two years ago hence why I quit back then to revise, now I'm in college. And yes, I'm from the UK haha.
To be honest I used to get scammed alot aswell being lower level I got my first million and bought a Rune (t) set with it, to be shortly scammed of it the same day!
Yes I was on most of these forum pages along time ago, probably not even this active, but I did login here atleast once a week.

Lol, I too got scammed in the old days, but then wrote a story about it. Kind of strange, but hey.
