*Rips duct tape off of mouth* Finally!
Hello everyone! My two-day mute has finally ended! Those were some rough days; I can't imagine how anyone can manage to go even week with a mute!
Unfortunately, my mute meant that I couldn't post on the forums either... In fact, it wouldn't even let me log onto the forums!
You're probably wondering why I was muted too... Well, after watching a player on Youtube say "rswalmart" and getting instantly muted, my tired brain thought it would be a good idea to test that out myself. And I can safely say that yes, it's true. Jagex has since fixed this problem.
So enough of that, it's time to catch up on what's happened!

I logged on today and headed off to the Mining Golds Citadel right away. The build tick had chimed, and it was time to gather those resources! I started out with gathering those minions. They took a while, but after some time, I had gathered all 235 of them! And now, it was time to start chopping some roots.
Icee640 had wanted to play Conquest with me for some time, so I decided to go and play with him. I teleported to the Clan Teleporter and ran from the Clan Camp to Port Sarim, where I boarded a boat to the Void Outpost. It had been a while since I had played Conquest... Let's see how this goes.
I found Icee640 in the Waiting Room, and as soon as I entered, I challenged him. A few clicks later, we were in battle! His entire army consisted of Scouts and Champions. An interesting lineup, but would it work? I sent out my Archers first, and picked away at a few of his Scouts. But he soon took cape of them with a Charge and Bombard, a deadly power that will destroy any unit on the board!
I tend to do better when I only have a few units left, so I wasn't too worried. It soon became apparent that I was going to win! I had two Halberdiers and two Knights, while he had a Scout and two Champions! But with a mixture of Chastice and Bombard, I was soon down to only one Halberdier, and he was left with one Champion. I had gotten myself out of worse predicaments than this though. I could do it! Next thing I knew though, the game had ended. Icee640 had used Bombard on my last unit. Odd... I thought you weren't allowed to use that on the opponent's last unit.
I congratulated him on the victory and noticed a player asking wear he could start a game of Conquest. Players all around him were ridiculing him, so I stepped forward and showed him to the Challenging Room.
After that loss, it was time to return to the Citadel, and start edging myself towards that 2350 resource cap.

I had only been at the Citadel for a few minutes when a clanmate asked if I could loan him my Amulet of Fury. I met him at the keep and loaned it to him for four hours. It was then that I watched that fatal video of the player saying "rswalmart". I had a pretty hard time believing that you could get instantly muted for saying "rswalmart", so me, not thinking properly, figured it would be a fantastic idea to try it out myself. I uttered those words. If I was actually going to be muted, it would take effect as soon as I logged out. So I logged out, making sure that if I was going to be muted, the timer would start as soon as possible.
I logged back in... and I was muted. It wasn't fun at all. I was completely limited to QuickChat, which we all know has a very small variety of phrases to choose from. Worst of all, I was also banned from the forums! I had to somehow figure out a way to tell everyone that I wouldn't be writing in here for a few days... But how?
I PMed No Ugos, and began telling him phrases such as "Can you help me?" and "I like your item: Thread". Luckily, he got the message, and he posted on here for me!
That taken care of, I started chopping roots, thinking about how long those two days were going to be...

I logged on, outside the Citadel. I entered it and starting finishing gathering the Timber. I already had 1700, so it shouldn't take too long. Joshyway, Nockanook and a few other clanmates joined me, and I had capped before I knew it! Unfortunately, I couldn't say the traditional "Yay, I capped!", so instead, I got to say "w00t!".
Astral runes had risen again, so I headed back to Lunar isle and started Runecrafting. I crafted for quite a while, before I left the island to invite Jake 37 to Mining Golds. He was at Canifis, so I used my Ectophial and ran all the way to the Canifis bank. He seemed to not notice I was there... How could I get his attention? I did what anybody would do:
"Hello!"
"Hello!"
"Hello!"
"Hello!"
"Hello!"
Finally, he saw me standing there, and I invited him to Mining Golds! I returned to the Lunar Isle and began Runecrafting again. Soon after, I needed to invite yet another player to Mining Golds. His name was Huzzord. I met him on the Relleka docks, where I invited him... Or so I thought. A few minutes after I had met him, he told me that he hadn't been admitted into the clan yet. I didn't know what to tell him... Nor could I!
I continued to craft my Astral Runes, and on one of my trips, I noticed a player with full dragon on, killing Suqahs for what I assumed was her Slayer task. I ran over to her and traded her. After waiting for her to kill the beast, she opened to trade screen. I loaned her my Bandos Tassets for four hours! She seemed to be really happy about this! It lit up my day, knowing I had made another player that happy!
I continued to craft, and met Mai Key crafting also. A few trips later though, I left the island again. It was time for Round 2 of inviting Huzzord! This time, I made sure that there was room in Mining Golds for him. I invited him again, and this time, he was welcomed into Mining Golds! I returned to the Astral Altar and started making more runes.

Although I couldn't post on the forums, I could still browse them. I was hunting for some sort of sticky that might explain the current predicament of players being muted. I found it! It was in the Account Help forum, and had been stickied by Mod Sabre. All you had to do was post if your account had been muted due to the "rswalmart" incident. Well I couldn't post... How could I ask someone else to post for me?
I PMed Pachocus, and started the guessing game. I repeated key phrases like "Can you help me?", "You should check on the Forums." and "Where can I learn about account security?" After what seemed like an endless game of Cat-and-Mouse, he finally caught on to what I was trying to say! He posted on the sticky for me!
I continued to craft runes, receiving tons of Astral Runes. Pretty soon, I had actually run out of Pure Essence! I teleported over to the Grand Exchange and purchased 10,000 Pure Essences. I returned to the Isle, and continued to runecraft. By the time I logged off, I had about 37,000 Astral Runes in my bank! And I also still hadn't been unmuted...
Thanks for reading!

Hiya!
Well, I was still muted... Even worse, Astral Runes had decreased in price! I had vowed to sell them the instant they dipped down, so I teleported to the Grand Exchange and put my Astral Runes and the rest of the Pure Essence up for sale. The Pure Essence sold right away, but because I had offered my Astral Runes just a bit above Guide Price, they didn't sell. Oh well, I could wait!
I decided I would finish off my Slayer task from so long ago; Blue Dragons. This time around, I wasn't going to be collecting all the Dragon Bones. I just wanted to get the task done! I equipped my Korasi, along with some Super Attack, Strength and Defence potions, and went on my way. I ran through Kuradal's Dungeon and made my way to the Blue Dragons. Maybe I would get another Hard Clue Scroll!
I was really surprised by how fast I was killing the dragons. I didn't remember it being like this at all! I was slicing through the dragons like it was nothing; something I'm definitely not accustomed to. I had forgotten my Enchanted Gem though... Oh well. I guess I'd just have to kill them until I had to leave.
When that time came, I had only 60 to go. I had run out of Monkfish and Antifire Potions, so I returned to the Ancient Caverns and ran back to the Fairy Ring, which took me to Zanaris. There, I quickly banked, got more supplies and returned to the dragons.
I started killing them again, still in disbelief how fast I was killing them. I started developing a bit of a system. I would kill one, pick up the bones. Then I would kill another, bury the bones in my inventory, and then pick up the new ones. Every time I finished off a potion or ate a Monkfish, that would leave me one more space to keep a Dragon Bone.
I continued to kill the dragons, edging my way to the end of the task.

With four more Blue Dragons to go, I got the drop I wanted: A Hard Clue Scroll! I finished off the task real quick and got my Clue gear ready... Which basically consists of my Octopus for good luck, and my coordinate equipment. Not to mention a few Antipoisons for those nasty Saradomin Wizards.
My clue took me all over the place, from Yanille to Trollheim, from the Mountain Camp to Varrock. My Treasure Trail eventually ended in Karamja. There was nothing to spectacular... But wait, what was this? It was an Enchanted Hat! Purple in colour, it must be worst a fortune! I excitedly checked its price... To find out it was worth 10k. Overall, my clue was worth a standard 140k. Not bad for five minutes of work.
I returned to Kuradal and got my next task: 192 Fire Giants. I hadn't had them for a while... And besides, someone had suggested that I go to the ones in the Baxtorian Waterfall Resource Dungeon instead of the ones in the Smoke Dungeon. I was still on the Lunar Spellbook though, so I quickly Home Teleported to the Lunar Isle and switched my spellbook to the Normal Spellbook.
After doing a bit of research as to how I could actually access the dungeon, I teleported to Ardougne with all my gear. It was finally 4:07pm! I logged out and logged back in, hoping for the best.
"Please be unmuted."
It worked! I was finally unmuted! No more talking in code or only responding with simplistic "Yes." and "Nope."! I was so happy... Never again will I take speech for granted, nor will I ever test something out like that.
I wandered over to the Baxtorian Falls, getting lost a few times. When I finally made my way in, I entered the Resource Dungeon and started killing the giants. I was there for a long time, slowly accumulating over 100 Gold Charms, and even getting a Dragon Dagger as a drop!
Eventually, it was time for me to leave. I exited the dungeon and logged out of Runescape.
Thanks for reading!
Good night!

Hello!
I logged on today and was outside the Baxtorian Falls Resource Dungeon. I still had about 40 Fire Giants to go, so I headed in, to see an orange dot on my Mini-Map. It was GRlFFY! Unfortunately, he had just finished his task, so no sooner than I had entered, he had to leave.
I started in on the giants, just wanting to get the task over and done with. Maybe then, I'd get a Jungle Strykewyrm task; they seem to be my favourite. The kills went pretty fast, and soon, I had killed the rest of my Fire Giants. I Home Teleported out and revisited Kuradal in the Ancient Caverns to get my next task. 255 Kalphites... This might not be too enjoyable.
Before I headed out to start the task though, I checked the price on Astral Runes at the Grand Exchange. They had gone down! I immediately sold them, and made myself a tidy profit of 7.5m! That 16m cashpile is looking mighty fine! Although out of my 450m goal, I've got a long ways to go... Death Runes were still on the rise though, so I let them be.
I used an Amulet of Glory and teleported to Al Kharid, where I bought a Shantay Pass from Shantay, and started running through the desert. Pretty soon, I found the lair, and I descended deep down into the pits of the Kalphite Lair. I ran through the swarms of beetles and situated myself in the middle of the room. Another player was there, by the name of Nohtz. We chatted while we slayed the insects. He went AFK occasionally though; I believe he said he was on Facebook at the same time.
This task went a lot more quickly than I previously remembered. I was managing to kill the huge beetles in two hits, only enhancing the speedy effect. Pretty soon, I had less bugs to kill than Nohtz, even though he had been there before me! Although I didn't get any good drops (not much you can get from a level 24), I did get a few Blue Charms, so not all was lost! I finished up my task a while after, and bade farewell to Nohtz.

He wanted to add me, so I added him to my Friends List! It was now time to get my next task! As I travelled to Kuradal, I answered some of Nohtz's questions. He had just returned to Runescape after a long break, and was questioning me on some of the basics of Slayer, such as which Slayer Master he should be using and why.
When I finally reached Kuradal, I got my new task: 212 Hellhounds. Woohoo! I love Hellhounds! I love my clue scrolls, and these monsters drop them like crazy! I made a quick stop in Zanaris and stocked up on Monkfish. Then, I entered Kuradal's Dungeon. Within six kills, I had myself a Hard Clue Scroll! I left right away, and embarked on the Treasure Hunt!
Five clues later, I had my casket! I opened it, hoping for Third-Age, yet knowing that it could never happen. A God Page perhaps? I opened it, and recieved... 18 Purple Gnome Firelighters. Not very good, but with all the rune put together, I had made an easy 57k.
I returned back to the Hellhounds, where I met Seanz Pro. I couldn't for the life of me remember where I had seen that name before... I tried to figure it out while I was there. He had never been in Mining Golds, and I hadn't seen him Runecrafting... Ah ha! I had seen him on the forums! Right after I figured out the solution, I had myself another Clue Scroll! I picked it up and killed one last Hellhound. It dropped another one too! That wasn't good... As I was laughing about this with Seanz Pro, I killed another Hellhound and recieved a third Clue Scroll! I find it painful enough to leave behind one Clue Scroll, so two was pretty unbearable.
I left right away, not wanting to see another one dropped. I embarked on this new journey, and a while later, I had my casket. I opened it up... To see a Yew Composite Bow. I also had a decent amount of rune though, so in total, it amounted to about 150k. What happened to that luck streak I had ages ago?
I logged off then. That was enough for one day!
Thanks for reading!
Good night!

I logged on today at the Grand Exchange. I was hoping for some more Treasure Trail action, so I gathered up my Slayer gear and headed out to the Edgeville Fairy Ring. Whoever convinced me to complete the Fairy Tale quests deserves a pat on the back! I teleported to the Ancient Caverns via these rings, and entered Kuradal's Dungeon. It was time to get myself a Hard Clue Scroll!
After only killing fifteen or so, I got one! I left right away, making sure I wouldn't get stuck with the horrible decision of which one to take. On the fourth step, I had to dig in a spot in the Arandar Pass. A player named "reknown" though, wanted an invitation to Mining Golds. So I teleported to the Grand Tree via the Spirit Trees and waited there for him. After a while, he arrived, and I first went over all the rules and all the requirements. Then, I invited him, and "reknown" got a huge welcome!
That done, I left the Grand Tree and headed off to the Arandar Pass, where I continued on my Treasure Trail. A couple steps later, I was finished! I didn't get anything too spectacular... Two Rune Platebodies were the highlight. Still, it was an easy 162k!
I returned to the Hellhounds, and started killing them again. After another twenty kills, I received another Hard Clue Scroll! Man, I was getting tons of them! I headed out straight away as usual, and embarked on my adventure. I think that might be why I love Treasure Trails so much. It brings back that old sense of adventure that you might feel as a new player. What will you get at the end? Where will it take you next? How will you get there? All these variables makes Treasure Trails my favourite part of Runescape.
I forgot to take my lucky Octopus! As punishment, the Hard Clue Scroll gods decided to give me bad loot... More Gnome Firelighters! Blue, this time. This clue added up to about 23k... It's only a matter of time until I get something real good!
Thanks for reading!
Good night!
