Hi everyone!
Today was full of achievements and goals being met! Not by myself though; These were goals met by my friends!
I had logged on and entered Daemonheim. I entered a small Floor 17, and beat it really fast. Har'Lak the Riftsplitter was there again. This time, he actually did make the entire room fill with fire portals. I'm not even joking around here. I took a screenshot and everything! I had to teleport out to avoid taking massive damage.
After that floor, Dordracio invited everyone to his POH to celebrate his 1000th level gained! He had a combat ring, so I withdrew my duelling equipment. Last time, at Joshyway's house, I had used up the last of my Rings of Recoil, so I headed over to the Grand Exchange and bought 100 of them. That done, I teleported over to Taverly, switched worlds, and met Joshyway and Dordracio in Dordracio's POH.
We took a seat in his Living Room, until Dordracio offered us to use his Combat Ring. Joshyway and I made a beeline for it, like kids in a toy store. I hopped over into the ring, and started duelling Joshyway. I won, but barely... And then I noticed I had forgotten to turn on Piety!
Joshyway and I duelled for a while, with Dordra*** occasionally stepping in. Finally though, it was time for Dordracio's speech! We ran to the Living Room, and took a seat. We listened to Dordracio speak about the past. He had joined near Easter 2011, and according to him, he was completely lost upon finishing the tutorial. And now here he was, about to gain his 1000th level! Camdozaal came in then, with some logs for Dordracio. Dordracio used an experience lamp, then lit the fireplace... And didn't gain his 1000th level. I guess me miscalculated how much an Experience Lamp would give

Luckily, Joshyway had a Raw Chicken in his bank! That meant that Dordracio would be able to gain a Summoning level! We all exited his POH, and followed Dordracio to the Burthorpe bank. We then followed him back to the Summoning Obelisk in Taverly, and watched as he gained his 1000th level in Runescape!
l Draconic l had invited me to his 99 Attack party, so I congratulated Dordracio again and ran to Falador. I switched worlds and met l Draconic l in the Falador Square. He had all his friends there, so we followed him around while he killed some Guards. On the fifth guard, he reached that milestone that so many players (including myself) vie for: 99 Attack. We followed him to the Warrior's Guild, congratulating him on the way. We stepped into the guild, then followed him as he bought his Attack Skillcape. Congratulations to you too, l Draconic l!
lilmk had wanted to do a Large Dungeon, possibly floor 34. I met him at Daemonheim and we started looking around for some players. Strangely, I couldn't find a single player who wanted to join, and neither could lilmk. So unfortunately, there was no large dungeon foray
Instead, I decided to finish off the rest of my small dungeons. I only had a few to go!
I completed the last few floors, and finally made it to the medium sized set, floors 21-29.
I was just about to enter floor 21 when Super Spiffy PMed me. He was about to get his Chaotic Rapier! I was already at Daemonheim, of course, so I couldn't pass up this opportunity. I ran south to the Store, and waited for Super Spiffy to teleport over. After a minute or so, he came, and purchased his first ever Chaotic Weapon!
Now, I entered a Medium floor 21. I keyed it completely in about twenty minutes... Not my best, for sure. I always think of a one hour large dungeon as quite slow, so I'm always feeling guilty after it. But after looking around on the forums, it seems that some players have to endure 2 hour dungeons! It put things into perspective I guess.

I completed two more Medium Sized dungeons, all of them containing the boss Lexicus Runewright.
It was time to log off now, though. I recieved my 30,000 Fletching experience, and logged off.
Thanks for reading!
Good night!

I had just finished watching a NightmareRH video on how he trains Farming. I have to say, I was astonished that he managed to get to level 98 Farming purely by farming herbs. That got me thinking... It made me think about me doing that! His video re-motivated me to keep planting herbs!
In the video, NightmareRH said that he takes the time to go on two herb runs per day: One when he logs on, and one when he logs off. I had just logged on, so I headed out on a Farming run for myself. Lucky for me, none of my herbs had died, and I stocked more Snapdragons into the pile. I think I need to make about 2000 potions with Snapdragons to reach level 70, so I guess I'll be farming all those herbs
I'm still in the Dungeoneering mood, and lucky for me, lilmk PMed me asking if I needed to do a large floor 36. I headed over to Daemonheim and drafted Joshyway into the party. I PMed and asked all around, and just like the last few times, I couldn't find a single person. lilmk, on the other hand, managed to get two others. These were Nighteyes64 and Dlivine Fire. lilmk was going to key this time, but we decided that it would be best if Nighteyes64 did the job.
This would be interesting... For the first time, I wasn't going to be keying a dungeon!
I grabbed some supplies from the tables, while Nighteyes64 started opening doors. It was soon apparent that this was going to be a really fast dungeon. Nighteyes64 was keying really fast, and for once, all the teammates were actually teleporting to the Group Gatestone when the keyer called a Guardian Door.
This was an Occult Floor. The scenery was great; it really helped out, even though it seems like such a trvial thing. During the first ten minutes, almost all of the dungeon was opened. I was chosen to build the altar at the homebase! I had teleported over there, picked up the supplies and drinked the potion, only to find out afterwards that lilmk had made the wrong potion!

I teleported off to help clear a Guardian Door, while lilmk started making the correct potion. I had run out of Prayer Points a while ago, and for some reason, all of the altars I went to said "The altar seems to not react with your prayers.". Now, I thought this entire time that my Prayer Point recharge limit was per altar, not per life. How wrong I was...
When I came back to the Homebase to build the altar, I couldn't wait to get some Prayer Points. I finally built it, and I clicked recharge... And again, I was denied.
But that's not the worst part. Here's the worst: The boss was a Runebound Behemoth. What did I do to deserve this? Please don't let this be a repeat of my last failed attempt!
We all rushed in, and I managed to actually dodge the boss's special attack! But my lack of Protection Prayers got the better of me. I wasn't eating though; I wanted to save that for when I had my prayers. Inevitably, I died for the first time that dungeon. On the bright side, I hd my prayers back!
I teleported back to the boss, and started attacking it. I had made a good strategy now. I would attack the beast until it started using Protect from Melee, then I would run behind the Pillar to hide from it, and wait for the Pillar to become active. Then, I would run out again.
This Runebound Behemoth had so much health! I would hit a 290, and its health would move down such a tiny amount that it was barely visible by the human eye. Yet miraculously, it's health was going down, and at a decent pace. Strange enough, the boss never did a special attack the entire battle, apart from the first one. I was down to only two pieces of food left, and the Runebound Behemoth was targeting me. It was hitting fairly acurately; I was getting a little scared!
But just in the nick of time, the beast fell, and I recieved Runic Robe Bottoms. After making sure no one wanted it, we ended the dungeon.

The dungeon had been completed in about 40 minutes. Pretty good! I guess I still have a long ways to go until I can consider myself a "Good keyer". But the best part of all: I got 58,000xp from the dungeon! No, wait, that wasn't the best part: I achieved level 74 Dungeoneering! Not only that, but now I can enter floor 37!
I exited the dungeon. It was getting close to logging off now... But NightmareRH's voice rang in my head. "Do a farm runnnn... Do a farm runnnn..." And so I did.
My first stop, the Morytania patch, yielded me with six herbs. My next stop was Falador. I ran south, to the patch, but noticed that the herb was a strange yellow colour. On closer inspection, I noticed that it was diseased! My Leprachaun didn't have any Plant Cures (nor does it have the ability to), so I teleported to Mobilising Armies, withdrew my second to last Plant Cure and ran back to the patch. I cured it... But I still couldn't harvest it.
I stopped off at the other patches, actually managing to harvest 31 herbs without that Falador patch. After my last patch, the Trollheim one, I returned to the Falador patch. It still wasn't ready to be harvested... I guess I messed up the timer or something.
That was all for today! Thanks for reading!
Good night!

After a long day of school, I logged onto Runescape for a bit of fun. Keeping in mind useful Farming techniques, I ventured out on a Farming run. Decent yield; about 31 herbs.
Now, if you remember waaay back, like in June or July or so, Mining Golds was in a Mining/Smithing Competition. And if you have a superb memory, you might remember that the reward for winning this competition was to have a customized clan logo for your clan. Well, a few months later, we got it!
Yes, finally, Mining Golds had recieved the custom logo! And I must say, I simply love it! Its uniqueness out of all the clans on Runescape shows how awesome Mining Golds is!
Speaking of Mining Golds, the new Build Tick had arrived for the Citadel, and with that, the responsibility to reach my resource cap. Unfortunately, this time, I had to use the Woodcutting plot.
ForeverMandy was there, as was Psychemaster. We chatted while we chopped the roots, making the feeling that it was going by somewhat faster (although we all knew it wasn't). ForeverMandy had to leave then, leaving just Psychemaster and I. I had only gotten 100 resources... this could take a while.
Other clanmates started filing in, including Joshyway.
As you probably know, I tend to be on the forums a lot. I was looking through the Dungeoneering forums, in search of a possible party, when I found a thread created by a player named Refllect. She needed someone to make her 125 Blood Runes.
I PMed her then, and found out that she hadn't yet found someone to make her Blood Runes! That would make a nice break from the woodcutting!
We soon met on her world, and we entered floor 19, medium.

After only a few rooms, I had enough money to buy 125 pieces of Rune Essence. I did so, and crafted her her 125 Blood Runes. Now to key the dungeon...
For some reason, I had forgotten how big medium dungeon could actually be! I kept thinking that the next door would hold a dead end, but instead, it would open up into yet another fork. Eventually, we had opened every door we could, and it was time to fight the boss: Stomp.
Refllect had never fought Stomp before, and so I explained to her in detail what would be happening before we entered. She was surprisingly good at it... Much better than my first attempt at Stomp
We actually killed Stomp with ease, and we exited the dungeon. She thanked me for the runes, and I left the party.
Back to the Citadel... Only now, it was deserted. I chopped away the roots, until a player (who I won't name) came up to me. He was from a different clan, but wanted to join Mining Golds! Unfortunately, he only had a 1761 total level, instead of the required 1800. He wouldn't take no for an answer though! He started asking me to cut him some slack, and upon declining that, he started begging to be let in. All he needed was to get to level 58 Fishing, too
He was really determined. He stayed there with me for about twenty minutes, begging and grovelling. Finally, after seeing that I wasn't going to budge, he left the Citadel, telling me that he hoped Mining Golds fell apart.
Joshyway came back after a while (He had just gotten a Shadow Silk Hood... Curse him...) and chopped roots with me. Finally, after ages, I hit he resource cap! No more guilt for me!
I headed out on a farming run. My Falador patch had died, and all the other patches had only yielded five herbs... Pretty poor turnout.
The day was winding down now, so I headed over to Daemonheim to complete a couple medium floors. My first floor was floor 24. I completed that quite fast, and killed the boss, a Saggitare, with ease.

Floor 25 was a different story... In the third room, I had come across a puzzle in which I needed to mine a rock, then repair a statue with the rock. The only problem was, the rock required level 95 Mining to use. So I spent ages trying to find a farming patch, and when I finally did, I waited for my herbs to grow. I made my potion, then teleported back to the rock. I swung at it, and got my rock! I ran to the statue to repair it... And it required level 98 Construction
That was a bust... But on the last room, there was a Night Spider! I wanted a Shadow Silk Hood so badly... please, I needed this! I killed the spider, and with my fingers crossed, I looked at the loot. Only a Bouldabass was there.
I finished that floor, killing the Saggitare quickly.
That was all for today! Thanks for reading, and have an awesome weekend!
Good night!

I logged onto Runescape fairly late into the day; relatives had been over!
It seems I was just in time too! Mining Golds was going to have a parade! I grabbed my Clan Cloak and Clan Vexillum (and Octopus of course) and teleported to the Clan Camp. There was already a decent sized crowd gathering, so I stood next to David James and chatted with him until more players arrived.
Ten minutes later, we had a huge mass of players. Zetris, the Mining Golds leader, started moving out! We all formed a train behind him, each player following the player ahead of them. It took us a while to get ourselves organized, but when we did, we had a nice long train.
From the Clan Camp, we headed north through Falador, and slowly made our way through the Barbarian Village and to Varrock, where the problems started occurring. Someone thought it would be funny if they ruined the entire train by following someone else... Miraculously though, we recovered, and the 100+ player train headed north to invaid the Grand Exchange. When we hit the Grand Exchange, utter confusion was all that was felt. All of the players were wondering what was going on, as more and more blue caped miners poured into the area, all in single file. We started circling around the fountain, then moved onto the separate Grand Exchange booths.
We were all shouting "Mining Golds!" the loudest we could, and by loud, I mean crazy! There were waves, flashes, scrolls, you name it. Not to mention the intensive lag.
We started moving south out of the Grand Exchange then, and slowly made it back to the Barbarian Village. But instead of heading back to Falador, we started moving north, to Edgeville!
