It only had about six minutes left on it, and I hadn't thought to bring another pouch. We killed a few more rounds, and eventually my bird vanished. It was a real heart-breaker to see those Monkfish go to waste...
The drops weren't that great. NinjaBigf00t was getting tons of 19,000gp drops, and everyone else was getting fairly decent drops as well. You know what I got? Infernal Ashes, everytime. After fourteen kills, it was time to get a decent drop. I asked very politely to the big ugly boss if he could please let go of that Zamorak Hilt. He didn't, but he did let go of a decent item: A Steam Battlestaff. We were on CoinShare, so we all got a split of it, which amounted to about 70,000gp. Two kills after that, we got a God Shard drop, which split and gave us 30,000gp each. That was basically the two best drops. I got a few random items, such as Blue Charms and Coins.
After an hour of camping there (quite a long time to camp in a Boss Room), we were running low on supplies. I got a Super Restore (3) drop (I got three of them), so I shared them out among the team. A few kills later, I had no Prayer Potions left and no food. We killed the Boss and his minions, and I only had 270hp left. Well that was enough for me. I gave all my potions I had left to NinjaBigf00t and teleported out. A thought struck me. I wondered if I would be able to get the 40 Killcount fast enough and bring supplies into the Boss Room for the team to continue fighting. I asked them what they wanted, and I made my way back to the God Wars Dungeon. After my killcount had reached 13, I discovered that the team had just teleported out. Oh well... It's the thought that counts, right?
I teleported to the Grand Exchange and started making some fires. I loved looking at other people's conversations. Over there was someone begging for 20k, over there was someone saying he got hacked... You get the idea.
I finally got 78 Firemaking!

I started chatting with Dytoris. He was killing TzHaar creatures for money. I could think of a better way for him to get money though! I offered him my advice, which he accepted. He had never tried catching Polar Kebbits before; in fact he only had level 1 Hunter! You get about 90,000gp per inventory of Polar Kebbit fur, so he was interested. Well I kind of wanted a break from Firemaking anyways... I decided to teach him how. I bought him a Noose Wand and told him to meet me in Camelot. I teleported there, and switched to his world. I saw him, and clicked trade, to give him his Noose Wand. I don't think he saw me... He PMed me to tell me that he was at Camelot! I laughed I was right beside him!
That all sorted out, he followed me past Relleka, into the Polar Kebbit hunting region. I gave him a full tutorial on how to catch them, from showing him the different nooks and crannies, to just exactly what you were supposed to do. It always feels nice to go to a great extent for someone else... You guys should try it!
I had forgotten a teleport (of course) so I used a Home Teleport to Lumbridge. I ran all the way up the castle to the bank, where I teleported to Varrock. Time to light some more fires!
I lighted thousands. It doesn't seem like that, but when you think about it, that's actually what's happening! Thousands. A player was asking around to borrow a Bandos Chestplate, and lucky for him (and me) I could lend him one! I went and grabbed it, and traded him. He gave me 80k for 2 hours! I went back to lighting fires. For hours. I eventually (and I mean eventually! Almost glacially) I got 79 Firemaking. I was tired of Firemking. I had gained 1,300,000 Firemaking experience since I had started, and the-- shall I say "Novelty"-- had worn off. I don't believe in grinding, but when you're one level away from your goal, you have no other choice! I brought out the Maple Logs and started lighting them.

After a long, long time, and many players asking where I had goten my awesome Octopus, a player came up to me and asked me if I could buy an Amulet of Glory for him. Apparently he didn't have enough money, so he wanted me to buy it for him. That wasn't going to happen, but I offered to teach him was of making money for himself. He responded with a "Naaaa", and ran off to pester someone else.
Firezstrike PMed me, and wanted to be invited to Mining Golds. I told him to come to my world, at the Grand Exchange, where I would be lighting fires. I lit a few rows, until I saw the Green Dot. I ran over to him and invited him. Mining Golds welcomed him with a open arms! I remember when I joined Mining Golds, last year. It was before the Clan Update, and not nearly as many people were a part of it. I miss those old days. Just me and the 'gang', the usual Mining Gold clanmates. But change is a good thing, or so they say. And besides: There's nothing I can do about it at all.
Another player came up to me and asked how much money I had. I replied with an honest 4m, expecting him to ask for money. Surprisingly, he didn't He instead asked how much 'Ranger Hats' were. I assumed he meant Robin Hood hats, so I told him 4m. Apparently he actually had 18m, and was trying to buy one on the Grand Exchange but couldn't find it. I saw the problem. I told him to search for 'Robin Hood Hat', not 'Ranger Hat'. He came back to me, Robin Hood Hat equipped. He was all smiles! He thanked me for my help, then asked me how much Ranger Boots were. I couldn't remember off the top of my head, so he ran to the Grand Exchange and checked. 27m! That's a lot for just a pair of boots! He thanked me again for my help and ran off.
I lit more and more fires. I had to get level 80 Firemaking today. I just had to. I was getting quite close as well. I lit hundreds of fires, and finally, mercifully, I got level 80 Firemaking! It was awesome. It was finally over!
Well, that was all for today!
Good night!

Hi everyone!
I started out today completely Firemaking-free. No more tedious clicking for me! My next goal was to start making some money for 80 Crafting and 94 Magic. The only problem was, I didn't know how to make any! I asked around my clan and my friends. They gave me tips like training Slayer and skilling. Honestly, I used to think skilling was good money but I found out that it really isn't. All the prices for items have been crashing non-stop, and it seems that in the future, skilling won't even have a point...
I decided to check around the forums for Money-Making Guides. Of course, 99.9% of them were 'How to Merch!' guides. I still had that item that I was merching, so I stuck that in the Grand Exchange and pondered what to do. Hmm... When in doubt, Duel Arena it is! I gathered my gear and teleported to the Duel Arena via Ring of Dueling. No one was there, so I switched worlds a few times until I cam across world 2, which had a decent amount of players.
I ran around there, accepting challenges and challenging others. I loved seeing low level players yelling "Staking Bank--Clean me". Of course they are going to win! They wouldn't be staking their whole bank if they thought they were going to lose! One player, 'Sa m m y", was a level 52. At first, I thought that she was probably an Ice Barrager, ready to strike the unfortunate. I looked up her stats in the Hiscores. Surprisingly, she didn't have 99 Magic! She did, however, have a relatively high Defence, and a very high Summoning level. Yes, she was a Summoning Tank.
I had brought with me some Super Attack Potions and Super Strengths and Defences. I just knew that some player level 110+ was going to challenge me. It really bothers me when people do that. It's like the saying 'Go pick on someone your own size', you know? And then when you decline becuase they are ten levels higher than you, they start calling you names. I guess some people just aren't made to be understanding.
Cont.

I'm sure that if that level 120 player who was making fun of a level 98 who didn't want to fight them was challenged by a level 138, they wouldn't want to fight them either. Quite the double standard...
I fought one player that was using an Armadyl Godsword. I had some Prayers on, and had sipped from my Super Attack and Defence, and I actually managed to tank out both of his Special Attacks. It wasn't so hard actually; He missed on both! After he had missed on them, he pretty much gave up, and let me kill him.
There was another player who was four levels lower than me who challenged me. I entered, expecting an easy victory. His name, "Pfft Im Pro" should have been my warning. He started hitting constantly. I have no idea how on Earth he was doing it, but he was hitting me as if I had no armour on. He also had a huge repertoire of weapons. He was pulling out the Abyssal Whip, followed by the Dragon Claws, followed by the Saradomin Godsword, followed by a Poisoned Dragon Dagger. Good thing for me, I had a full inventory of food! At one point, my health slipped to just 3hp! Soon after that, it slipped back to 16hp! I definitely would have died were it not for my Monkfish. Eventually though, I did manage to kill him.
I killed and was killed, but one player asked for my stats. I told him them, and he said that I would be good for boxing. To tell you the truth, I had actually considered boxing before. I decided to test it out... But not with a stake or anything.
I PMed a friend of mine, addiedady78, and asked if he would box with me. He was a few combat levels lower than me, but I figured that if I couldn't beat him, than it wouldn't even be worth it. I hopped to his world and waited for him. We entered the arena. I started switching between the attack option and the defence option while I was attacking. It was a pretty close fight; By the time I killed addiedady78, I had 180 lifepoints left. That was enough Dueling for me!

I decided to do a bit of Herblore. I had quite a few herbs in my bank that I had recieved as drops, so I decided to make use of them. I teleported to the Grand Exchange and bought some Vials of Water. I needed about 105 Eye of Newt, but they wouldn't buy in the Grand Exchange! I teleported to Falador (With a Varrock teleport still in my inventory) and ran to Taverly, where I bought three packs of fifty Eye of Newt from the Merchant. I teleported to Varrock again and started doing some Herblore. I actually gained two whole levels! Yep, I'm a level 49 Herbalist now!
Well I still wanted to make some money... I tried to merchant, but my items just wouldn't sell. Walwb had PMed me, and I asked him how I should get some money. Of course, he said flipping. It didn't seem to be working though... So he gave me a mini-guide on how to flip! I tell you, he actually helped me quite a lot!
I brainstormed some items to try out, and put some offers in. While I was waiting, I thought I should go over to the TzHaar Lava City and try to collect some Tokkul. I used my Amulet of Glory to get there, and entered the city. There were only two bots, much less than I had anticipated.
I statred killing the level 149 ones. They were actually a lot easier to kill than I thought. I was also gaining tons of Tokkul! I got bored of that after a while... So I decided to try out the Fight Caves.
The last time I went there, I think I was level 68 or so. I had died on the first Red-Dragon Monster. I wasn't sure how I would do. I knew I wouldn't finish of course. It was a spur of the moment decision, and I barely brought any food or anything.
I actually lasted a lot longer than I had thought! I can't quite remember what Wave I got too... I think it may have been Wave 28. Pretty good, I thought, for no preparation at all.
Some of my items had bought/sold, so I teleported back to the Grand Exchange.

I brainstormed some more items I should try. I thought of one, and tried to flip it. To my EXTREME surprise, it bought under ten seconds, and sold in even less! I bought 20. Same result! I bought 60. They were still buying and selling, but not quite as fast. Now I had two items that I was merching! It wasn't that great of profit though; You have to have a lot of money to make a lot of money!
Things were moving at a fairly fast pace, so I couldn't leave the Grand Exchange. Instead, I was playing another game! You've probably heard of it or maybe even tried it. It was "The World's Hardest Game". And let me tell you, it was hard. I played it for a long time, merching all the way. Eventually, I managed to reach level 20, the farthest I had ever gotten. Flipping was getting a little slow, so I decided to log off for the day.
Well that's it for today! Please don't ask me what I'm merching, by the way. If I told you, it wouldn't work anymore!
Thanks for reading!
Good night!

Hey guys!
I started today with a bit more merching. Again, I wasn't getting that great of money, but hopefully if I do it long enough, I'll be able to gain tons of money! I was getting a little bored... 0DarkKnight PMed me, telling me that he had killed a level 111 with only a Rune Pickaxe! At his level, that's pretty impressive. I kind of wanted a bit more experience with boxing, so I asked him if he would want to go to the Duel Arena with me. Then I found out that the "Level 111" was actually a monster, the Ice Queen. So he chickened out. He didn't want to box me!
Merching was getting a little slow, so I decided to try out that Troll Invasion D&D that was released today. Remember a while ago when I said that I would test it out as soon as it was released? Well I held true to that! The only problem was that my Verac's Plateskirt had fully degraded. I used a Home Teleport to Lumbridge and ran to Bob's Brilliant Axes, money in one hand, my broken plateskirt in the other.
Bob seems to be quite the handyman... I wonder why all he's selling is axes, and not other items. He could make himself quite the profit if he sold armour as well as repaired it!
My plateskirt was as good as new! I ran to the Lumbridge bank, and gathered my gear. As you may know, I use Runescape Wiki frequently, so I was doing a little research on the Troll Invasion. There were two sides you could take: The defending and the repairing. Obviously, I chose the defending! I withdrew seven Prayer Potions and twenty-one Monkfish, along with my combat gear. I teleported to the Burthorpe Games Room and ran to the D&D. 0DarkKnight was there! He had just finished it, and he had gotten to Wave 6. There were 20 waves in total, so that made me a little nervous.
I started the defending. The first few rounds were easy! Those were pretty much the introductory rounds, showing you a few of the different trolls.

The first rounds were simple. It showed you the most common trolls, the Ranged one and the melee one. I flew through these rounds quickly, and in no time, I had reached Wave 6, the wave that 0DarkKnight had died on. I was fairly comfortable. I had only used a few Monkfish, and thanks to the Supplies Table, I hadn't used any Prayer Potions at all.
The Supplies Table was a life saver! You could use it five times per round (That's plenty if you ask me), and it restored everything. Prayer Points, Drained Stats, health, you name it.
At perhaps Wave 10, a new troll was introduced. This new troll would reduce your stats the longer you stood by it.
Note to self. Bring Ranged gear next time!
The problem with this troll was that it kept wandering into the out of bounds area, where you would be hit with unblockable damage. The worst part was, it was non-aggressive! I had to actualy run into the out of bounds area, attack him, then run out.
The waves ground on. New trolls were introduced, such as the Summoning Troll, Wizard, Dynamite Troll and "Father Troll". The Father Troll would simply spawn mini-trolls, and the Summonng one would spawn familiars to attack you with. They weren't much of a problem.
The Wizard Troll was a huge hassle. He would hit easily through my armour, so I had to protect against magic, all the while tanking out the other troll's hits as best as I could. The Wizard would also create these huge patches of vines that would hit you unblockable damage if you stood in it. He would also teleport you a few squares away. More than once, he teleported me into the out of bounds area! Real fair!
The first time I saw the Dynamite Troll, I think Wave 15, I attacked it right away. He exploded, and I was hit a 440. Next round, I made sure to avoid it. Well that plan backfired. It ran to the Supply Table, and promptly blew up, destroying my precious supplies. No! I was relying on those to replenish my health every round!

I finished killing the swarms of trolls. It was quite difficult, actually. My tactic was to pray against Magic, kill the Wizard, then turn on Protect from Melee and attack the Ranged Troll. The Ranged Troll's Special Attack was a move where it heaved a boulder at me, and I had to dodge it in time. Otheriwise, you could be hit 200+! This actually happened multiple times. I would get so focussed on the swarms around me, that I would completely forget about the Ranged Trolls!
I ground through more waves. To my extreme disappointment, it seemed that the Dynamite Troll had taken out my Supplies Table for good! Finally, I got to Wave 19. It was the usualy grind. I employed my usual tactic, and finished off the Wave. I only had three Monkfish left though... I wasn't sure if I would be able to beat the last wave.
Wave 20, the final wave started. A massive Troll by the name of Cliff sprang onto the map. This guys was huge; He was level 170! I knew I was doomed. I only had 300hp, and I knew how high these guys could hit. He used an attack that looked a little like Earth Blast. I was hit for Magical Damage. Now I knew what his magic attack looked like. Next, he formed three rocks and threw them at me. I was hit with Ranged damage. Now I knew what that looked like as well!
I ate two of my three Monkfish and ran at him. I slowly started chipping away his lifepoints. Occasionally, he would teleport me away, and would use either his magic or ranged attack, which I had to switch prayers for. At one point, I accidently hit the wrong one, and I was hit for massive damage! I ate my last Monkfish, and knew I couldn't make any more mistakes.
Cliff's health slowly went down. He hit me a few time, minor damage. But my health was flashing at 100! Could I make it? To do so, I would have to switch my prayers to perfection, and not make any mistakes.
I chipped away more. Finally, Cliff's health was a small sliver. I better not mess up now.
