\±/Chapter 23: The Divine Dusk\±/
After hours of traveling, the Rebel Army of Lumbridge had arrived at the bitterly cold north. Heavy amounts of snow were falling from the dark, cloudless sky. It was 1:22 AM and the moon was the color Azure blue. They continued into the snow blown north. Their footsteps in the snow made a crunching sound. It was a silent night in the snow, with hardly an animal to make a noise. Spero's eyes remained quite focused upon the path forward. After two hours of traveling in the cold wilderness, they saw the tall castle from a far away distance. They got to the castle grounds 30 minutes later. The time was 3:52 AM. At the front of the castle were Saradomin and Armadyl. Spero and the others walk over to the two gods.
"Saradomin, Armadyl. What are you two doing here?" Spero asked.
"Alrous, the Unbalanced god, threatens to disorder the law of this world. Of course we would be here to stop it." Saradomin replied.
Stephanie looks over at the entrance. "Why hasn't Alrous got any guards at the entrance to his castle?" she wondered.
"Who knows? At any rate, we need to get in before Alrous is aware of our presence." Armadyl suggested. "Be aware that Zamorak's army has arrived at this castle too."
But suddenly, a loud noise shook the ground. Thousands of Steel Undead rose from the ground with their weapons drawn behind the group. Saradomin and Armadyl looked at the army and drew their weapons. "You must keep going. We'll handle these ones." Saradomin shouted to the rebel army. "It'll be impossible for humans to handle this many beings without exhaustion." Frederick looks at Saradomin. "Please don't die you two." he mumbled. The group ran into the castle. They ran through the hallway. They enter the room with the spiral marble staircase. The armour of the Army of the Altais around the room came to life. The 5 sets of armour raised their weapons and the army drew out theirs.

Seperadith transforms his staff into a Saradomin Sword and charged at one of them. He swung his sword to the left and cut right through the armour, he impaled his sword into another right next to him. Ravinius grabs an arrow from his quiver, pulls it back on his Great Bow's string, and shoots it at a set of armour. The arrow hits the helmet of the armour set. Stephanie grabs an arrow as well and fires it at a armour set. It hits the helmet. Frederick launches an Air Wave at the last armour set and it hits. "C'mon, let's keep going." Spero said. The group races up the staircase. They arrive on the second floor. It was a room with stained glass windows on all four side, candles, carpets, and banners. In this room, clapping noises echoed. It was Julia and an army of 500 Steel Undead.
"Well, you people are very easy to predict, aren't you?" Julia said. "I grow tired of waiting for a fight. Steel Undead, fight them."
"The rest of you must go." Ambrotos said.
"Yeah, I'm sure we can deal with this bunch." Reid said.
"Indeed. You all need to go, we'll deal with this." Jikvald said.
"We can't leave you three." Frederick growled.
"We have no choice." Spero replied.
Frederick sighed. "Fine, but you three better not get hurt."
Claire walked beside Ambrotos. "Please be alright Ambrotos." she whispered.
"Don't worry about me Lady Claire. I'll do my job and protect you." he whispered back.
As Claire walked up the staircase, a tear drop fell from her eyes. Ambrotos giggled. "So, she finally showed emotion." he said to himself. "That's great news."
Meanwhile, with the actual Dante. Before he opened the door, he heard a laughing sound. Dante looks back to see the darker Dante was still standing despite have a deep wound in his chest. Dante grit his teeth in frustration. He pulled out his Rune 2h Sword from it's sheath. "Why aren't you dead!?" Dante growled.

"I can never die!" he replied. Dante charged back at his darker self. The darker Dante points the Staff of Alrous at Dante. Dante's whole body is lifted into the air and thrown at the wall very hard several times until finally, he is thrown back down onto the ground. "In this world, you and I cannot rest or even lose consciousness." Dante slowly got back onto his knees. The darker Dante teleports in-front of Dante and kicks him. Dante flips over to laying on his back rather laying on his front. Blood poured from Dante's head and mouth.

"You and I were just puppets in Alrous' show from the beginning." The darker Dante walks over to the beaten Dante. "Just toys and pawns for his amusement."

Dante slowly got back onto his feet. "Toys, puppets, pawns...say whatever word you wish to describe me as. I'll make sure that I bring down Alrous. " he replied.

"What? Do you really think you can escape this world? Dante, this world is a prison where you'll spend the rest of your life."

"I know there is a way out."

"Oh, really? How?"

"If I kill you, I'll know."

The darker Dante pushed Dante onto the wall. "I told you, I can never die."

Dante impaled his sword into the darker Dante's gut. "I'll find a way to kill you."

"Try all the ways you'd like; I'll just keep coming back."

The darker Dante jumps back and throws Dante's sword back at him. Dante jumps into the air and catches it. The darker Dante points his staff at Dante. Dante points his sword at the darker Dante. "Now, the grand finale of the show begins." The darker Dante mumbled.

Argh, HUGE typing mood...posting chapter! >.<
P.S: Also, I'd like to warn you this appears to be a long chapter (at least on Word it does O_o )

The Rebel Army of Lumbridge had ascended all floors. They entered quite a large room with many banners, candles, stained glass windows, and a very large door with Alrous' symbol on it. The time was 5:00 AM. They all take one step forward until they begin to hear a clash of swords. They see Cameron and Arad fighting each other. "If I can't speak sense to you then there's no point in you living!" Arad shouted.
Cameron jumped backwards. "I need his power!" Cameron shouted back. Alfred looked over at the spiral staircase for a moment and saw the army was there. "Well, well, well. You came as expected." Alfred said. Cameron and Arad stopped for a moment to look over. They see that Alfred was talking to the Rebel Army of Lumbridge. They stop fighting. Everyone drew out their weapons. Suddenly, the stained glass window behind the rebel army is shattered and Thanatos hops out. Thanatos looks at the two groups.
"I was wondering why I heard so much noise up here." Thanatos said as he walked over to the Zamorakian army.
"Thanatos Dunamis. How unexpected." Arad said.
"I've got a deal for you Zamorakians." Thanatos looks at the group of three. "Perhaps we should work together just this once. Afterall, the Rebel Army of Lumbridge could prove to be a problem to you. I don't think you'd like to deal with a Full-God, would you?"
"You can command thousands of those Steel Undead, right?" Alfred questioned.
"Of course."
"I suppose we've got a chance."
"Don't worry, I promise you I'll not betray you; I'm a man of my word."
Cameron glared at Seperadith with pure hatred in his eyes. "As long as I get what is rightfully mine, I'll agree." he growled.

"Alright then." Thanatos snaps his left index finger and thumb together. 360 Steel Undead rise from the ground. He looks at the Steel Undead and points to the Rebel Army of Lumbridge. The Steel Undead charge after them. Ravinius starts shooting arrows quickly, Sarah continued to launch the Saradomin Strike spell, and Spero and Zenovia worked together to kill a whole crowd of Steel Undead. Cameron jumps over to Stephanie and Seperadith and Cameron began to attack Seperadith.
Thanatos looks at Alfred and Arad. "Arad, go after the sliver haired girl over there. Alfred, I'm sure I don't have to tell you who you have to go against. I'm going after the other one." Arad sighs. "Whatever you say." Arad charges at Enyo, Thanatos goes after Claire, and Alfred runs towards Frederick. Meanwhile, inside Alrous' room. Alrous looks at Frederick's father, Wilfred with a thought running through his head. Wilfred was frozen sitting on a chair by a spell cast by Alrous.
"Wilfred. Your sons are right behind this door." Alrous told Wilfred
"I only have one son." he replied.
"Now, why do you have to be so cold?" Alrous looks out his window. "You have two sons and you know it."
"That monster can rot in hell for all I care."
Alrous teleports in-front of Wilfred. "And I wonder where did he get that corruption from." Alrous changes his left hand into a blade and impales Wilfred in the gut. Wilfred's eyes widened as blood came out of his mouth. "It was from you, Wilfred Aether. Afterall, your soul is quite corrupt aswell. So, I hope YOU rot in hell, where you belong." Wilfred's eyes closed as he gasped his last breath. He falls off the chair and hits the ground.
"Miserable old man." Back over to the fight outside Alrous' door. Claire continuously launches Fire Waves at Thanatos but he dodges them all with quick speed. He gets close to her and slashes her left arm. She puts her right arm in-front of her, and the ground below Thanatos shoots up towards the roof.

But he quickly jumps off and drops down near Claire. She puts her right hand on Thanatos' left shoulder and a fire is lit on his shoulder. Thanatos jumps away and pats out the fire.
"Trying to set me on fire, huh? Sorry, but it won't work." Thanatos said as he ran back. Claire kneels on the ground and plants her hands upon the ground. Thanatos continued to run towards Claire. Thanatos for some reason stopped moving, his legs and arms were encased by the ground below. Claire looks at Thanatos and walked over to him. She puts both of her hands on both of his shoulders. Suddenly, Thanatos is engulfed in fire with part of Claire's arms. After about a minute, the fire died out. The earth that encased Thanatos had given out. Thanatos fell to the floor. Claire knelled on the ground, her arms were burnt. Thanatos' armour was kind of melted, it still maintained it's shape however.
Cameron continues to attack only Seperadith. No matter how many arrows Stephanie shot at Cameron, he continued his assault on Seperadith. Cameron thrusts his rapier at Seperadith's left shoulder. He dodges the attack and swings his Saradomin Sword with his right arm at Cameron's left arm. Cameron however counters by dodging the attack and slashes Seperadith's left shoulder. He repeatedly thrusts his rapier at Seperadith.
Though most of attacks missed, some of them didn't. Cameron had impaled Seperadith's left leg, left upper arm, and right knee. Seperadith jumps back away from Cameron. Cameron had a strangely violent look on his face. "What's the matter, you worthless dog!? Can't withstand my fury!!" Cameron shouted. "Give it a rest." Seperadith replied. Stephanie grabs a different arrow from her quiver. She looks at the arrow. "I'm going to use your arrow Mom." she said to herself. The arrow was a dragon arrow with a spell carved into it. She pulls the arrow back on her bow's string and points her bow at Cameron's back.

"Sep! Get your sword ready for Saradomin's Lighting and attack Cameron!" Stephanie shouted to Seperadith. "Gotcha!" Seperadith grabs his Saradomin Sword with both of his hands despite the pain he's in. Blue electricity began to come out of Seperadith's sword. He began running at Cameron. "You fool! You think that will work!?" Cameron shouted. Stephanie shoots the dragon arrow at Cameron. It hits his left shoulder.
Cameron tries to move his limbs but they won't move. "W-what the!? What's going on!!?" Cameron shouted. Stephanie smirked. "Good. That arrow was the one enchanted with the Entangle spell." Stephanie mumbled to herself. "Brace yourself for the pain!!" Seperadith yelled. He jumped into the air and cuts extremely deep into the heart of Cameron with the lighting of Saradomin. He looks up and watches Cameron fall onto his knees in a rain of crimson. "Cathe..rine..my..dar..ling.." Cameron mumbled as he fell onto the ground. Stephanie walks over to Cameron and Seperadith.
"Well, that was a little violent haha." Stephanie laughed. "C'mon. Let's go help the others." Seperadith and Stephanie ran over to where the Steel Undead were being fought. However, an arrow was shot right by Seperadith's left foot, telling him to stop. He looks over and sees Ravinius was the one who shot the arrow. He walks over to Seperadith. Seperadith glares at Ravinius. "So, you're finally showing your true colors!?" Seperadith yelled. Ravinius didn't reply to Seperadith's words. He just pulled another arrow back and points his bow at Seperadith. "Stephanie. Go help the others. I've got him." Seperadith said. "A-alright." she replied. She ran over to the others but every 10 steps she would look back at Seperadith, worried about his life.
Frederick continued to launch Air Wave after Air Wave but Alfred dodges them. Frederick was slashed many times by his brother over the course of the battle.

"You know, big brother, we can't play this game all day!" Alfred yelled as he ran at Frederick. Alfred got close enough to start attacking Frederick. Alfred's Dragon Longsword began glowing red. He slashed his sword downward at Frederick's right shoulder. The sword cuts deep into Frederick's shoulder.
Frederick's facial expression expresses his pain. "How does that feel brother!? Do you feel the pain now!!? Do you!!? How does it feel to suffer!!?" Alfred yelled. Frederick looks behind Alfred and sees his only means of escaping with his life, a stained glass window. "I don't want to do this to you Alfred but you leave me no choice." Frederick said. Frederick launches an Air Wave at Alfred up close. It blows him away.
Frederick keeps launching Air Wave after Air Wave until Alfred was right by the window. "Please forgive me." Frederick said. "What!?" Alfred shouted. With both hands, Frederick launches an Air Wave. It was strong enough to push Alfred out the window. He crashes through the glass and began to fall. Frederick walks over to the edge and looks down. His eyes were filled with sadness. "If only I could have saved you." Frederick mumbled. "I'm truly sorry, little brother."
Zenovia and Spero continued to work together to defeat the army of Steel Undead. Spero slashes his Rune Longsword at the neck of a Steel Undead. There was a Steel Undead ranger shooting arrows at Spero. Zenovia looked over and saw it. She charged at it. Zenovia made the ground below the undead go up. She jumped onto of the head of Spero to give her a jumping boost. She swung her axe at the Steel Undead and cut it in half. Spero jumps over to Zenovia. "Okay, jumping on my head was uncalled for but thank you for taking care of Mr. Range-alot." Spero said.

"Well, it's not my fault that you were in the way." she replied. " Besides, I needed a jump booster and your head happened to be there." Spero lets out a sigh. But suddenly, the Steel Undead stopped attacking. In the confusion, Spero and Zenovia stop attacking.

"What is going on? Zeno-" Spero stopped talking after he saw what happened. His eyes widened with an facial expression of shock after he saw a rapier was impaled into his half-sister and Cameron was the one who was the one who impaled her. Her eyes were widened with blood pouring from her mouth. She fell onto the ground and Spero knelt frightened.

"Zenovia!? Zenovia!!?" Spero shouted.

"Spero...? Listen to me....you need to live..." she said, very softly.

"And I will....but...not without you..." A tear drops from Spero's left eye. "If you go...I'll be all alone..."

"No, you won't be....please understand that. You're the only hope of stopping Al*ous."

Spero closes his eyes tightly and looks away. "Okay sis...I'll keep living..."

Zenovia smiles. "T..thanks.." Zenovia hugs Spero. "Farewell...Spero...my brother..."

Zenovia falls back on the ground. Her eyes close. "Zenovia? Zenovia!? Zenovia!!?" Spero shook her ten times, but to no use. She was gone. More tears began falling from Spero's eyes.

"Wake up! Wake up! This can't be happening!...No...no...no.... ...NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! ZENOVIAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!"
